The owner was very friendly and welcoming. We grabbed a refreshing drink, and he even brought us some chips, which isn't a given at some bars, even with aperitifs. We saw they also prepare some dishes that looked appetizing, and I think we'll be back to try something.

Excellent hot sandwiches at any time. I recommend the one with lard, cooked vegetables, and cheese! A must-visit after a nice hike on the Carega.

The place is truly beautiful in the summer, but it's still welcoming and typical of the area even in the winter. The service was excellent, even for me, a celiac. The staff is friendly, approachable, and helpful. Try the "Gazunt" to finish off your meal. Highly recommended!

26/06/2026: Yesterday, for work, I had the pleasure of stopping for lunch at the "Da Riccardo" restaurant in Carrè, and I can honestly say it was a wonderful discovery. As soon as I walked in, I felt welcomed like I was at home. A huge compliment to Luca, his wonderful wife, and the entire staff: smiling, professional, and attentive, they truly make you feel welcome. The cuisine is simply special: carefully prepared dishes, quality ingredients, and flavors that reflect a passion for their work. Every course was a pleasure. The venue also deserves a special mention: beautiful, meticulously crafted, welcoming, and with an atmosphere that invites you to relax and enjoy the moment. You can clearly sense the great teamwork behind this restaurant, made of passion, dedication, and a love of hospitality. My sincere compliments to Luca, his wife, the kitchen, and the entire staff. It's rare to find a place where quality food, hospitality, and professionalism come together so naturally. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone passing through Carrè. 08/07/2026: Excellent restaurant with old-fashioned prices and portions! The tradition of Venetian cuisine continues here. A must-visit for truck drivers and everyone else! We were greeted at the kitchen's closing time with a big smile and professionalism.
