31/05/2026: We celebrated our wedding at Casa dei Gelsi and we couldn't have made a better choice! Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, with impeccable service: the bride and groom were accompanied throughout, allowing them to fully enjoy the day. The food was exceptional, truly varied and plentiful, from the appetizer buffet to the dessert buffet. The entertainment was perfect, with no downtime but never intrusive. Monica and her staff were professional, meticulous, and very friendly—I'd say impeccable! A top-notch location!

29/05/2026: I have been frequenting this venue for a few years for various events, I can only confirm that there are no venues that can match the Gelsi house, both in terms of the quality of the dishes, which are also abundant, and the location and the entertainment, not to mention the impeccable organization, the staff is qualified, and always attentive to every little detail to satisfy their customers... five stars... 01/05/2026: I just had 4 pizzas, which were very good, but the table service was terrible, especially the waiter who took our orders. The lady at the cash register was equally rude, as she didn't accept the criticisms I made. The water was unfiltered, it was tap water. We paid €2.50 and it tasted like toilet water! The waiter who took our order when we arrived and asked for a paper menu replied very rudely that there wasn't one and that we should just get the one on their tablet (just like at the Chinese sushi place, the same). We paid the full price of the lunch without any problems, and when we pointed this out to the cashier, as well as the person who took our dishes, she proved rude, also saying that the tap water was fine even if it was unfiltered because she was paying for it anyway! This doesn't seem appropriate for a pizzeria/restaurant, I'm very disappointed, and I will never go back!

Details that make all the difference: a large shower with a hydromassage wall, a kettle, an in-room refrigerator, and a very comfortable bed. We had pizza for dinner: excellent dough and truly delicious. The craft beer menu offers a wide selection, and the staff is knowledgeable. Breakfast was a top-notch choice: meticulously prepared. Biscuits, homemade bread, artisanal jams, yogurt, brioche, cured meats, cheeses, and eggs. Everything was fresh and authentic. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. You could feel the family management. Highly recommended if you're looking for a well-kept place in Camporovere, a strategic location for visiting the Altopiano.

05/05/2026: A very nice place in this quiet mountain town. We ate very well, the polenta was made just the way I liked it. The staff were kind and friendly with the service. I recommend it; you can feel the tranquility and intimacy that only these places can provide.

26/04/2026: I've been frequenting the Asiago plateau for many years and have been to many restaurants, but what I found at the Kaberlaba refuge truly blew me away. Besides the enviable view, the food is truly incredible. The owners' choice is not to overwhelm their guests with dishes, but to put the utmost care into what they offer: the result is guaranteed. Each course is rich in flavor, and the meat, especially the patanegra, is extraordinary. But the simple ribs are equally as good... I've never tasted so good. Side dishes, desserts, wine... Everything was perfect. I don't like writing reviews, but this place, especially given the kindness and attentiveness of its staff, deserved it. Thanks to everyone, and we'll definitely be back.
