I think I've had the best mixed grill in recent years, both for the quality of the meat and the cooking. Five stars is not enough, the place is gorgeous, the staff is excellent, and the prices are very fair. Well done, well done, and I beg you not to change.

After a lovely walk on a circular trail near the water museum, we had lunch at this refuge. The grilled food was delicious; the meat was very tender and flavorful. We ate it with grilled Belgian endive; excellent. And to finish, a delicious chocolate salami. From the terrace, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the plateau. I highly recommend it.

We spent a day with the family entertaining the kids on the adventure trail, and next door we discovered this refuge with a stunning view. Everything we ordered for lunch was delicious and the portions were just right. I've never had such a good porcini mushroom pie, and the grilled meat was also very, very good. We'll definitely be back.

At about 1300 meters, this refuge holds pleasant surprises. The grilled meat is superb, as are the side dishes. The menu doesn't offer many dishes, but that's a plus. Compliments to Gianni and Piero in the kitchen and to all the staff.

We came here on the recommendation of people who had a great time. We had lunch on a Saturday; we hadn't booked, but they welcomed us very kindly, both us and our dog. The terrace tables weren't set yet (the sun was beating down, and everyone else had opted for inside). When we asked to have lunch outside, they immediately accommodated us, even opening the awning above our heads to accommodate our needs (half of us in the shade, half in the sun 😅). Excellent food (special mention for the meat: 🔝). Very good value for money. We'll be back 😊

I've been frequenting the Asiago plateau for many years and have been to many restaurants, but what I found at the Kaberlaba refuge truly blew me away. Besides the enviable view, the food is truly incredible. The owners' choice is not to overwhelm their guests with dishes, but to put the utmost care into what they offer: the result is guaranteed. Each course is rich in flavor, and the meat, especially the patanegra, is extraordinary. But the simple ribs are equally as good... I've never tasted so good. Side dishes, desserts, wine... Everything was perfect. I don't like writing reviews, but this place, especially given the kindness and attentiveness of its staff, deserved it. Thanks to everyone, and we'll definitely be back.

New management, Gianni and Piero, have finally turned the previous establishment around. This welcoming restaurant offers traditional, home-style cuisine using high-quality ingredients. Reasonable prices, highly recommended.
