Wonderful experience! The owner took us on a journey of amazing wines and delicious cuisine. The wait staff was very attentive and thoughtful. The chef is a feast for the eyes: watching him work is truly magical! What can I say? It was a wonderful discovery for us, an experience we will definitely repeat. Thanks guys! See you soon!

We went to eat with my girlfriend last night. We'd been wanting to go for a while. The dining room was small but incredibly welcoming and warm, thanks in part to the wood and bottles surrounding us. The open kitchen was much appreciated. The food was truly exquisite and high-quality. The maître d' who looked after us was very knowledgeable and available to accommodate any requests. My girlfriend, who is celiac, also managed to find some compromises for her meal, so once again, compliments for the food and service. The wines were truly excellent. We'll definitely be back soon! Highly recommended. The price was really fair for what we ate!

11/05/2026: Mother's Day was simply TOP! We arrived at Penacio with four adults and two children and were immediately immersed in the magic of the Berici Hills. The place retains that '90s charm that makes you feel like you're in a real, authentic place with a soul. The food? A triumph of tradition! The truffle risotto is, without a doubt, the best in the area. The grilled meat is cooked to perfection, flavorful, and top-quality. And then... the highlight of all the highlights: the freshly whipped gelato. Creamy, irresistible, a bomb of goodness. One of those things that sticks in your head and makes you say, 'We absolutely have to come back!' And indeed... we will.
28/04/2026: We had a great experience at this renowned restaurant. We drove almost an hour to try it, but it was worth it! The rooms are elegant but not overly so, and the dishes are made with high-quality ingredients. But what really sets them apart is the service...helpful, friendly, and attentive! Not for everyone! Their famous hazelnut gelato is definitely recommended!

Trattoria "Al Cavallino"

06/05/2026: Very nice location, but due to the rain, we couldn't have lunch on the terrace, which offers a beautiful view. The owners are very kind, and their succulent dishes are all excellent. For starters: egg with truffle and cod Vicenza-style. Completely satisfied. The price isn't cheap, but it's adequate for the refinement and deliciousness of the meals. Highly recommended, you won't regret it.
04/05/2026: Convinced by the positive reviews, we called to reserve a table for four for the evening of May 1st, and from the first conversation, I sensed remarkable customer service. Upon arrival, we were greeted with great courtesy and seated at an elegant and spacious table in a pleasant setting. Our dinner was originally focused on cod, so we skipped other dishes that were sure to be exceptional. However, we didn't regret it, as both the creamed cod and the Vicenza-style cod were unforgettable. The desserts were also top-notch. The service was excellent, complemented by the complimentary focaccia and homemade biscuits at the end of the meal. The owner's expertise in wine is also noteworthy: when asked for advice on pairing, he suggested a bottle of Sassaia from La Biancara, which was a pleasant revelation for us, as well as an excellent tasting experience. A very good restaurant, with prices that match the setting, quality, and service. We'd happily return.
