17/03/2026: A Sunday evening in San Donà di Piave and a craving for sushi! I found Tenshi Sushi on Maps and booked a table! The place is a bit minimalist, but the food was excellent, and the staff was professional, friendly, and kind! The price was right! The only thing they could do with a wider variety of raw fish like shrimp, oysters, etc., which weren't on the menu! Highly recommended!

13/06/2026: A magical place overlooking the lagoon. Impeccable and fast service with young and very friendly staff. Very good dishes and a decent portion. The prices are not low but not high either: in keeping with the quality of the food and the location. The decor is in keeping with the seaside setting. The sunset? Magnificent! I highly recommend this restaurant and compliment the lady, I think the manager, and all her staff. We will definitely be back, not only when we're in the area but also when we're away on vacation. P.S.: Last but not least, we also brought our Golden Retriever, who was immediately welcomed with a bowl of fresh water.

16/06/2026: It's a good place, because of the time they close it's a good option to eat something if you arrive late in the city, the pizza was delicious and we enjoyed a nice time with my husband.

The service is friendly, with staff always present but never intrusive. The food pairs perfectly with the drinks: the meatballs are flavorful and well-made, the risotto creamy and surprisingly refined for an aperitivo, while the pizza is simple yet delicious, perfect for sharing. Everything arrives on time, without long waits. The beverages are also excellent: the drinks are well-balanced and carefully prepared. The bartender is available, ready to recommend or customize the cocktails based on your tastes, adding a touch of care that makes all the difference. A place that works, without too many pretensions but with substance. Ideal for groups of friends who want to have a good time, eat something delicious, and enjoy a peaceful outdoor aperitif. We'll be happy to return.

12/05/2026: I really wanted to love this place because it felt as authentic as it can get, and I hesitated writing this review because I never want to hurt a small local business. But the experience was disappointing enough that it feels important to share. The restaurant did not feel very clean: the salt shakers were dirty and some of the cutlery still had small food residue on it. We ordered a meat lasagna, a lemon cream pasta, and a caprese “salad.” The lasagna felt like it had been reheated in a microwave before serving. The pasta portion was very large, but extremely dry and honestly difficult to finish. The caprese salad was roughly cut tomatoes with cheese(-which was actually good), but even the olive oil and balsamic dressing came in small packaged sachets for self Assembly Despite all of this, I still felt sympathetic toward the owners and wanted to support the business. However, things became uncomfortable when it was time to pay. We had already calculated the expected total beforehand, which should have been €32, but the owner independently decided to add an extra €4 service charge. We would have gladly tipped on our own, but choosing an amount and demanding it as a service fee felt unreasonable. To make it even stranger, we were not given a receipt at all. everything was written manually on a small pink piece of paper, which she kept herself.

19/05/2026: I've been to this Indian restaurant several times and have always had great food! The dishes are delicious, the menu extensive and varied. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

07/06/2026: The room was pitifully small, the bedding hadn't been washed yet, the dryer wasn't working, and the breakfast was ordinary—not bad, but not particularly delicious either.

02/04/2026: Hope you like private parties that go till midnight with live music!!! This would be one thing in NYC but Venice all but closes down at 10pm at night. Much like the other reviews the staff was total trash, they completely did not care and acted like we were the problem as loud music echoed through our room like we were next to the discotheque. Moved us to a smaller room and that was only after I went down after my wife. We chose this hotel from delta vacations as it has a 4.5 out of 5 star rating when I asked delta how do I rate it on their site they couldn’t tell me. Maybe you will get lucky they won’t have a big private party and you won’t have to interact with the staff.. maybe… rooms were ok at best as others shared not the cleanest or in best condition I would say it just seemed old. Location is good in general. Should have stayed somewhere else..

29/03/2026: We recently stayed at this hotel to celebrate a very special occasion, as we had just gotten engaged the day before arriving. Prior to our stay, I reached out to the hotel to see if they could help arrange something small for my partner (fully willing to pay), but unfortunately never received any response. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. While the gentlemen assisting with our luggage were helpful and friendly, the rest of the staff were quite the opposite. At check-in, we mentioned our engagement, hoping for at least a simple acknowledgment, but it was completely brushed off without even a “congratulations,” which felt surprisingly cold. We asked for restaurant recommendations for our celebration and were handed a map with just two places circled, with no explanation or personal touch. It felt like minimal effort at best. The issues continued at checkout. We had left our bags with reception, and when we returned to collect them, we were left waiting for over 20 minutes. We had a boat taxi booked, so this delay caused unnecessary stress and we had to rush the staff to retrieve them. Overall, aside from the location, this hotel fell far below expectations. The lack of communication, poor service, and indifferent attitude made what should have been a memorable celebration feel disappointing. We regret spending our money here and would not recommend this hotel to others.

11/05/2026: Just came here for a quick bite and a glass of Prosecco. We were doing a bit of bar-hopping that day and only ordered few items. Had some meatball, one with polenta (and some stuffing) and a skewer with chicken breast. Two glasses of Prosecco with that. The food was decent. Not the greatest around, but enjoyable. Prosecco was nice, cold and bubbly. The place seems popular for drinks and also for breakfast. That afternoon though it was pretty quiet inside. But the prices are really fair and staff was really friendly and welcoming. Our Bulldog was welcome inside as well. It's surely a good option for a quick snack and a glass or two. Lots of outside tables as well in case you want some air (be sure to sit on the right tables - there's another Bar with outdoor seating as well).

20/11/2025: incredible! if you need a spot for lunch while visiting Burano this is the place. we had the calabrese pizza and it was one of the best things we ate in italy. truly a perfect pizza. we also had a bottle of rosé and it was wonderful. staff was very kind as well. could not recommend it enough!

25/02/2026: This is a place you have to go eat when you haven't eaten in three days...super generous portions, nice place, the counter at the entrance is an ancient ship, a galleon, with cannons protruding from the sides. Everything was good, the service was fast, and the staff was kind and welcoming. N.B.: We only had a first course, and that was enough for us.
