I stopped in after seeing the reviews. It was 8:00 a.m. and unfortunately they already had only a few croissants. I had a good chocolate one, but I would have preferred the Nutella option. The size was really modest. The service was a bit confusing and slow, and the place was quite small, especially if you go in the winter. Parking was available. I appreciated the quality.

Superb pastry shop, delicious brioche, as well as doughnuts and pastries. Very clean place, and the staff is always very friendly!

04/05/2026: The panoramic terrace is worth a stop, weather permitting, and is a great place to enjoy the refuge's complimentary spritz. The dishes are very traditional (and appreciably so). The desserts are certainly not homemade (the frozen krapfen is occasionally offered, but they're duly refunded), but they meet the expectations of mountain guests (strudel, torta della nonna). Prices are in line with the mountain setting (rather high).

21/02/2026: I tried this restaurant for lunch and was seated right away. The appetizer was very good, but the highlight was the trio of dumplings, a truly well-executed delight. The waitress was kind and helpful. Excellent view of the lake and more than average prices. I'll be back.
