01/02/2026: A single dish that needed more: risotto with radicchio was delicious, pasta with mushrooms was nonexistent, the sauce was nonexistent, the seasoning was nonexistent... what can I say??? In my opinion, it shouldn't even be served in a children's cafeteria, totally tasteless. The strudel was delicious, served cold, or rather, colder than cold, without cream... Wine was served halfway through the first course. Service was unsmiling, everything needs to be reconsidered. What a shame!!!!!!!!

06/01/2026: A typical mountain hut frequented on a winter evening with friends. The atmosphere is welcoming, in keeping with the setting. The traditional dishes are average, good but not particularly special. Overall, a pleasant experience.

27/10/2025: I really enjoyed the freshly made, homemade food. I didn't like the owner's attitude, as he spontaneously brought us three starters, which were good, but which turned out to cost a whopping 46 euros out of a total of 95 (for two people). I don't know if he realized we were tourists, but I didn't like the lack of transparency.

08/03/2026: The bar is located in the town square, a plus because it attracts the comings and goings of people, each caught up in their own stresses, their own more or less hectic schedules, their own toils and joys in life. I often start my days here, because I find an excellent coffee, which chases away the ghosts of the night and strengthens me to face the "predators of the day." The gelato, then, works better than many useless psychologists (to whom people naively trust, I think). An gelato of this high quality, artisanally made and with impeccable traditional methods, can console, pamper, and numb a little from ongoing sorrows. If we focus on deliciousness, I'd be two sizes too big, but I think the saying, slightly adapted, holds true: "a scoop of good gelato a day... keeps the sadness away." Andrea, a true biker and a true creative, ventures into new flavors, even unusual ones, but always delicious, as well as colorful, like the Dubai or "Lago di Santa Croce" flavors. I've always loved Malaga, with cream... "a real medicine." Andrea invents, his sister Monica welcomes you with a refined and elegant manner (which isn't often the case), Gloria works professionally and precisely. The display case of ice cream cakes, constantly updated, is a showcase of other temptations (but..."sin, at least every now and then, don't sin"). A true barista knows how to listen but also how to feign deafness, how to offer a word if asked but also how to remain silent when necessary, a true barista knows how to heal (I repeat: better than many psychotherapists, and for lower fees) the loneliness of customers. There's no shortage of friendly "snack buddies," regulars where daily socialization provides critical food for thought, often more interesting than the conformity and indoctrination of mass media, digital media, and the like. I'm a teacher who loves to reflect and write: in my experience, educational moments are more likely to occur at the bar than in formal bureaucratic meetings. In short...a short but important break and refreshment.

06/09/2025: Original Wine Bar Small wine bar with good products. The owner's Spritz is original, prepared with Barbaresco and Prosecco, ice, an orange slice, and a splash of sparkling water. Served with a snack of Stracchino cheese and sardines (very original). Limited space inside (outdoor terrace overlooking a pedestrian street), but pleasant surroundings. Friendly and professional welcome.

03/01/2026: It was a lovely discovery! A well-maintained and clean family-run hotel with excellent service. We enjoyed the simple but delicious dinner. It's just a stone's throw from Sappada and other tourist destinations. Next time we'll try the Finnish sauna!
