12/01/2025: Saltellando tra le alpi lascio Malga Panna nell' innevata Moena e torno nei luoghi di villeggiatura di quand' ero bambino. Da Tambre alla locanda il passo è breve e ritornare a deliziare il palato a suon di agnello credo sia la cosa più ovvia. Ma oggi... anche se tendenzialmente non gradisco i menu' degustazione, mi è' caduto l' occhio sulla selvaggina. Se il capriolo è il cervo erano quasi scontati per la loro straordinaria esecuzione, mi ha lasciato sconcertato l' anatra selvatica. Un anatra lavorata, preparata e cucinata rispettando la particolarità del gusto della selvaggina. Due cotture da ricordare! Gli altri piatti non sono da meno, come del resto i dolci e i vini importanti locali e non. Nel pagare il conto ho notato un libro che ho prontamente acquistato, un libro che ripercorre la storia di questo luogo, che parla di un omaggio a un grande cuoco e che ripercorre la storia con delle ricette. Leggendo questo bel libro mi ha fatto riflettere, apprezzando appieno non solo il cibo, ma quell' atmosfera accogliente piena di estrema passione per il servizio. Il piatto è il cibo sono importanti, ma senza lo staff che ci mette amore, passione e sentimento... anche la migliore pietanza apparirebbe come " una idea vuota". Che dire... Bravi, Bravi, Bravi.

30/11/2024: Un posto straordinariamente autentico. Una cucina dai sapori che risvegliano sensazioni sopite. Un incanto. Genuino, accogliente, caldo. Il servizio è rapido, cortese, discreto. Di una efficienza ed eleganza di un altro tempo. I piatti curati nell'aspetto, nella dose, una esperienza sensoriale. Anni che non mangiavo così bene. I sapori accostati con una maestria non comune. Il menù (fisso) è una carrellata di emozioni. Mai più senza

House wine and plenty of water, endless and delicious appetizers, broccoli orzotto, pastin and spectacular cheese fondue, roast chicken in a crunchy crust, soft and juicy inside: delicious! To finish, tasting of homemade cakes and round of artisanal grappas. We had a really good time!

10/01/2025: The reviews attributed to this pizzeria are highly misleading. Let's go in order: - small pizza, very burnt edge and thin, dry dough, as if it were a biscuit. The worst pizza I've ever eaten in my life. Luckily it's cheap; - unlike normal pizzerias where you go to have a smile and a chat, here you have to speak in a low voice because "you try to keep the volume low". In fact, the waiter reprimanded us with these words after hearing laughter coming from our table. Incredible, we were almost screaming. Obviously, it ruined the atmosphere of conviviality with which we had headed there; - old rooms, an area of ​​the room that is practically dark. Distressing, although this is the minor problem. In a nutshell, we went once to try, never again. A little tip: have a laugh that's good for your heart.

03/01/2025: Excellent Pizzeria. I was there over the Christmas holidays, they were very kind and hospitable. Both the pizzas and desserts were excellent, the quality/price was unbeatable, I will definitely be back!!

10/12/2024: December 1, 2024. We finally went to this restaurant for lunch and were very satisfied. Nice clean and tidy place, we were greeted immediately and taken to the booked table. Friendly staff who immediately put us at ease. Excellent food and every course was a surprise. Excellent, really good. When we left the car park was full of cars, the reason is obvious: the food is good.

Inside, the environment is friendly, warm and kind, accompanied by my shepherd dog. Food not only good but served and prepared with love for our traditions. Try it then at the end taste the desserts and the fabulous house digestives at which point you will be in the clouds, thanks to Lolli.

The cut with potatoes was delicious and the desserts were superlative.... We will definitely be back!!! Passion for your work makes a big difference!!! Really good everyone.....
