07/07/2026: We stayed here for 3 nights in July 2026. I cannot think of enough superlatives that would adequately describe this magical place.
The staff are incredible, the service is outstanding and the restaurant serves the most incredible dishes.
It is a credit to the family who owns the place.
If we could we would give this place a Michelin Star.

21/03/2026: I ate here with my whole family, four adults and two children. We were greeted very warmly. The manager, Patrick, explained each course to us, explaining where it came from and emphasizing that everything was homemade, from the pasta to the other dishes. They were truly friendly and kind, attentive to us from start to finish. Everything was delicious! Recommended!

Dinner was a true triumph: fresh pasta, quality meat, exquisite mountain cheeses, and homemade desserts. The local produce and attention to detail made everything special. Even the kids loved it! I highly recommend a visit to anyone looking for an authentic and delicious experience.

11/05/2026: Upon entering, we weren't seated. They charge per person per cover charge. The food leaves much to be desired, as does the staff. However, the Fiori pizza is very good, that's true.

08/08/2026: Renato is a guarantee. In my opinion, it's absurd that in a small mountain village there's a quality that even if you searched every pizzeria in a big city, you can't find. Fresh ingredients, friendly, attentive, and welcoming staff, perfect location. Every time we go to Sappada, besides escaping the hellish Padua (in the summer), Renato is a MUST. Well done everyone!

The staff, the organization, the flavor of the ingredients, the pizza dough—everything is truly efficient and perfect. I return every chance I get.

23/03/2026: Fantastic in every way! The location on the slopes is a dream for anyone who loves skiing. The cuisine is truly exquisite: exquisite dishes that make every meal special. The staff is incredibly courteous and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms are splendid and spotlessly clean, meticulously maintained. A place that absolutely deserves 5 stars!
13/03/2026: My partner and I went for lunch today, I have to say that I have never eaten such a good Milanese steak in the entire valley, congratulations you have excellent products and also friendliness and cordiality are not lacking, go to the Incisa refuge it is a wonderful place, sublime cuisine and super staff!!

An extraordinary dinner in a warm, refined setting with a relaxing atmosphere that combines a passion for food with the desire to lose yourself in a moment where you feel at ease with the space around you. My wife and I relied on the expert advice of the always attentive staff and Elena. The dishes were excellent, with the surprise of a vegan option for me, as was the recommended wine pairing. The work of those who transform their passion into art shines through, those who infuse all their love and creativity into what you find yourself savoring, which blends into an explosion of delight for the palate and the eyes. Food that creates emotion. Thanks to Fabrizia, thanks to the ever-watchful eye of Elena and the staff. We will definitely be back.

08/08/2026: This restaurant deserves two Michelin stars! All the ingredients are there for a memorable experience: a small chalet with a few tables, exceptionally fresh ingredients prepared with skill, and attentive service. San Brite is a true "farm-to-table" establishment that opened its restaurant in its former cheese dairy. The farm, where they produce cheeses, cured meats, and vegetables, is now located higher up the mountain.
If you want to discover simple yet refined cuisine with Alpine flavors, Chef Riccardo Gaspari is an exceptional guide. Thank you!
