17/10/2025: What can I say...a wonderful culinary experience in a small village in the Alpago region. Let's just say you wouldn't have high expectations from the outside, but upon entering, you immediately notice the quality of the service! Tasting menu and à la carte options. Everything was delicious, from appetizers to dessert. Perfect wine pairing!

16/10/2025: I had given my husband a tasting menu for two. The other was supposed to be me. It also included a wine tasting for him. I don't drink wine. At the end of the dinner, as we were saying goodbye, the waiter told my husband that everything was included in the gift package, except water and coffee. I should point out that they brought pastries with the coffee that we hadn't requested, but that didn't surprise me in the least, because it's customary to do so. Leaving aside my opinion of the menu, which can be subjective, the lapse in style—I consider it such—in asking to pay for the water and coffee makes me inclined to never return or give it as a gift again. I was the one who gave the gift, and it hurt me, thinking that if they had been friends, I would have made a fool of myself. Because it's obvious that both diners would have consumed water, don't they bring it from home?!?! (It should have been included in the gift package). As for the coffee, I'll keep quiet! Disappointed is the right word. I chose badly...... I will make up for it with another, more "elegant" culinary proposal!

08/10/2025: Wonderful dinner! Tasting menu with incredible dishes. Original flavors and combinations, perfectly balanced and with attention to every detail. The service was impeccable. Compliments to Chef Graziano and the dining room staff. Everyone was professional, kind, and friendly. The best restaurant in Cortina!

30/09/2025: We went to Tivoli to celebrate our wedding, we eloped and chose Tivoli for our “reception”, and it was the most amazing experience imaginable. I can honestly say I have never had a better meal. Leading up to the evening, some of our family members were a little unsure, even intimidated, because of the Michelin star. But from the very moment we walked in, the staff (including the chef himself) were so warm, welcoming, and kind. All nerves immediately were gone, and what followed was an unforgettable evening. Between us, we tried three different tasting menus, and every single course was absolute perfection. The wine pairings were equally flawless, each one a highlight in its own right. The amuse bouches to start were unreal, so generous and delicious. The chef even surprised us with celebratory champagne, which made the evening feel all the more special. As a vegetarian, I was especially blown away by the vegetarian tasting menu. It was intentional, thoughtful, and exquisite and clearly not an afterthought, which is often the case elsewhere. Every bite felt like it had been crafted with care and creativity. Our meal at Tivoli will forever be a highlight of our trip and of our wedding day. And it’s not just us, every person in Cortina we spoke with, when we mentioned Tivoli, immediately told us it was their favorite restaurant in town. Clearly, our experience was not an anomaly. Tivoli went above and beyond in every way to make our wedding celebration unforgettable. If you are in Cortina, you must eat here, it is truly extraordinary.

30/08/2025: We left Zoppé di Cadore for the Rifugio Venezia (trail marker 471). On our way back, we stopped by the mountain hut to buy some traditional products. Drawn by the delicious aromas and excellent reviews, we found one of the few unreserved tables (so I recommend booking!) and sampled the mountain hut cuisine. We were speechless. First of all, the ingredients were incredible, the preparation and presentation were excellent. The chef and the cheesemaker (the two brothers of the family that runs the mountain hut) are true professionals. The cheesemaker in particular is very kind, attentive, helpful, friendly, and extremely polite. The chef, a man with golden hands, creates breathtaking combinations in his dishes: agnolotti with pumpkin and amaretti, agnolotti with ossobuco and blueberries, agnolotti with polenta and chanterelle mushrooms with currants. These three dishes alone speak volumes about the research and uniqueness of this mountain hut. Delicious appetizers, from fresh and hard cheeses to cured meats, all made in-house. The first courses, as mentioned, were perfect. For main courses, we chose the boiled meat, another super-good ingredient, cooked exceptionally well (12 hours of low-temperature boiling, sous vide!), and the goat ribs... EXCEPTIONAL! We finished the meal with three coffees and a Sacher torte, also homemade, which was wonderful. We paired our meal with an excellent red wine. The quality/price ratio was unparalleled in this area of ​​Cadore, especially considering the fact that the ingredients are locally sourced. What more can we say? 29/08/2025: Patrick and brother have been incredibly welcoming and their passion for quality food is amazing. They are passionate and knowlegeble of what makes a perfect dish, I was also pleasantly surprised of the creativity of their menu all with local produced products. Strongly suggest a visit, we will be back.

30/09/2025: In addition to the reception, we were the first to officially get married here at the Cascina. Yes, because a few months ago it became a branch of the Municipality of Alpago where weddings and civil unions can be formalized. The venue was impeccably prepared from start to finish, both inside and out. The food and service were excellent. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, like family. The event was a 100% success! We are very satisfied and happy to have chosen this venue. Thanks to Gildo, Paolo, and their wonderful staff! We highly recommend it! ❤️

05/10/2025: My wife and I have tried a few michelin starred restaurants and this one stands out, cannot recommend it highly enough. They explain how their farm works, the dairy production/crops/animals. They talked about how the uneaten food is recycled to their animals. They talked about how they were using ingredients in non traditional ways to stick to their farm to table ethos (such as preparing celery in such a way as to get sugar out of it). Really fascinating stuff. The food was absolutely phenomenal. We loved the amuse bouche with peas (pictured). Their rye bread and butter were incredibly special (pictured). The main was beef tongue w/ this herbal ragout that was fantastic. A wonderful surprise was being able to see their cheese making in the basement while having the housemade cheese course (pictured). They were kind and flexible to dietary restrictions and the amount of alcohol you wanted to drink (you could order a wine pairing or just glass-by-glass pairings with your meal. the wine pairing was like 8-10, my wife got 3). I made reservations a couple weeks prior to our vacation there, no issue.

07/11/2025: The best pizza and the best service! The prices are very affordable, a nice man from the staff also speak our language (polish) which was really nice🥰 if you are in the area (or further away) you have to come and eat here! Highly recommended ❤️

07/11/2025: 10/10 pizza. We paid easily 30% more in other places in Dolomites for a far worse quality and experience. Only downside is the opening hours, but it seems that the restaurant is run by a family, so it’s understandable.

14/09/2025: I've known this place for years, and whenever I'm in the area, I always try their dishes. On Fridays, you can also enjoy fresh fish...everything is delicious. Impeccable service and fair prices. Well done, keep it up!

19/08/2025: A lifelong loyal customer! The Excalibur is always a surefire choice for a night out with friends. A youthful venue, with a huge variety of food, and above all, good quality! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming; it's always a pleasure to return! Special thanks to Albert and Giulio for their impeccable management of the best pub in Belluno!

12/11/2025: Excellent pizza in a cramped and poorly laid out environment. They have their own ideas and aren't particularly willing to compromise on customer needs. It's all a bit outdated, given that these days, the emphasis is more on welcoming customers, who somehow always like to feel satisfied, perhaps at the expense of the quality of the food. These guys, however, are old-fashioned, and if you love their pizza, you should accept the whole package: romantic but questionable.
