21/08/2024: My girlfriend (who is usually very reluctant to eat certain things) devoured every dish presented to us. This makes you understand a lot about the type of place you are in front of. It may seem like a review made just for the sake of it, looking at the full 5 stars. However, there are many aspects of this historic venue that made me give this assessment: 1. the quality of the raw materials - From the aperitif they bring you as soon as you sit down, you can perceive that the ingredients they use are of the highest quality. Flavors that convey a high level of authenticity and security; 2. the way in which they enhance these raw materials - You can immediately see that the kitchen is not joking: the appetizers that they bring you when you order are very simple but at the same time complex preparations, they manage to make you savor the dishes without bombarding them with other ingredients . a simplicity, however, researched and studied that leaves you speechless; 3. the pairings - There is little to do, the dishes feature pairings with the main raw material that enhance it to the nth degree. they make you understand that the chef doesn't joke, he loves cooking and transmits this love for his work by shaping it into fabulous creations; 4. the service - The service is worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant: natural elegance, not forced by the weight of the name of the place. the maitre d' immediately makes you feel at ease and transmits tranquility with a smile. the very good and approachable dining room staff, worthy of the star; 5. Relaxed and pleasant environment, the restaurant is very fresh and bright, very clean and well-kept. the air you breathe is equal to that found at home and is not weighed down by the thickness of the room; 6. the value for money - There were two of us, we spent €130 and I think the experience was worth every single penny. I didn't feel shocked in the slightest by the prices on the paper, I immediately understood the value of the dishes and the service. Furthermore, the cost of the cover charge (6€ each) is even low considering the table linen, the quality of the glasses and glasses, the homemade bread that is brought continuously as soon as you finish it and all the appetizers that they bring to prepare you for the meal. 'experience. We had two glasses of prosecco as an aperitif, beef carpaccio divided in two, a suckling pig with peach sauce, grilled peach and salad and bigoli with roe deer ragù, raspberry and red onion sauce and raspberry crumble. the value for money deserves a 10 out of 5. dishes that don't make you leave on an empty stomach, so much so that we had to give up dessert which unfortunately didn't fit. 17/07/2024: It's the first time we've experienced the hospitality of the Cantinetta and we found super light and digestible pizzas (no, you won't wake up at night thirsty!), and good, genuine homemade desserts. The prices are really honest, but it is the welcome and courtesy that pleasantly surprised us. The owner (despite being quite out of breath with all the work he had at the time) never failed to give us a smile or a joke. Congratulations for your kindness and professionalism!

01/09/2024: Rustic place where there is no written menu, there is already water and wine on the table and the meat is truly out of this world. There were 4 of us and we spent €95 to eat a lot of meat (grilled meat platter, grilled vegetables and cheese), 2 desserts and 2 coffees.

25/08/2024: A great place to eat, discovered by chance while searching the area. 5 of us had lunch at the comfortable tables outside, with a nice cool atmosphere despite the hot day. Kind and fast service, spectacular first courses with porcini mushrooms and venison ragù. Average draft beer. Even if you won't be presented with a menu, the prices are excellent: we spent €78 with 5 first courses, two of which were for children, water, wine, beers, two side dishes, cheeses and a plate of sausages and mushrooms.

05/08/2024: Went back from summer holidays today, what can I say... Big surprise! Super friendly staff (in addition to the general quality of the service, I can say that I didn't have time to ask as the bowl of water for the dog had already been brought to me), Dishes were highly appreciated, for the quality of the raw materials and presentation (even the side dish looked like a work of art), and finally the very well maintained and cared for environment with state-of-the-art and clean toilets.

26/08/2024: Arriving at the House in the woods was the realization of several expectations, a beautiful place, peaceful, quiet, fresh, very clean with amazing cuisine... Arriving from a hot city to spend 7 days in the Belluno area and having a starting point at visits to the Dolomites, various incredible natural areas, towns etc. and then returning in the evening, shower and then dinner outdoors with a view and sunset.... Who could offer this? Two wonderful people like Denise and Max, they too had a dream and they made it come true. How much love, effort (the meadows, the donkeys, the cultivated vegetables....) commitment (delicious cuisine, carefully prepared, attentive to needs and desires, never boring...) All this just for two!!! From two people who love like this, you can only receive beautiful things!!! Don't ever change!!!!

08/08/2024: Intrigued by the excellent reviews, always looking for places where the raw materials and above all the 0 km are the real protagonists of the menu, we were lucky to be able to book in this farmhouse, first of all the location, located on the road that leads to Agordo from the lake del Mis, in a small hamlet in the mountains, the entire menu, which is fixed, is produced by them or by small local businesses, there are around twenty seats, so booking is mandatory, if possible, chef Matteo I must say that Monestier is an excellence of the territory, for how it treats the products, it is all a succession of genuine flavours, from the various appetizers through the tastings of first courses, second courses and desserts, to conclude with an infinite choice of personally prepared grappas at his place, if you plan to eat in this splendid place in the mountains of Belluno I recommend you book well in advance, I attach photos of our menu.

16/08/2024: For those who love ethnic cuisine it's the best, excellent Thai cuisine at competitive prices, fast and friendly service, simple but refined environment, I recommend booking, it's always full, and for good reasons I always come back very willingly!!!
