17/11/2025: A nightmare experience. We had to leave without eating because they made a mistake in providing us with a discount coupon, and refused to serve us. I've never had such an absurd experience. They showed that, in addition to making mistakes, they don't even know how to begin taking care of a customer. It's a disgrace.

17/11/2025: Dinner with friends booked for the pizza tasting by phone, followed by a link... and confirmation from the pizzeria via email and WhatsApp. Unfortunately, upon our arrival at the restaurant, we were asked to present a Q code (valid for 2 people), which the manager/owner or someone on his behalf sent to only 1 of the 4 reservations. Without this, we were unable to take advantage of the tasting promotion, even though it was clear that the error had occurred with the reservation system used by the owner. The owner (not present on site) refused to allow us to use the promotion when we asked that it was not our fault. We went elsewhere. Absurd behavior!!!! He lost 8 potential customers.

15/11/2025: Great food for a great price, I had the lasagna with tiramisu. And I also had an awesome blended piña colada, which had been very difficult to find this trip. Ahmet our server was awesome, the best service I have received this trip.

12/11/2025: We ate there as a couple last night because the latest Google reviews were better. In short, the experience was so-so. It's not a 'real' Italian restaurant. The very good reviews come from tourists who are happy with pseudo-Italian food: I got barbecue sauce with my meatballs! And this was accompanied by fast-food music. To be a bit more nuanced, the pasta was okay, but it should have been pan-fried so the sauce would adhere. Just mixing the pasta and sauce isn't enough... The tiramisu was alright, but we had some kind of chocolate sauce on top... As for the service, We didn't even have time to finish our aperitifs before the main courses arrived. In Italy, there's no set time for coffee, except here. At 9:15 pm, everything is cleaned up, they stop serving coffee, and they start tidying up the restaurant...

10/10/2025: This is a real treat! Delicious food, well-chosen ingredients combined with original recipes. Close to the tourist crowds, yet still in a quiet setting. A peaceful lunch. Apparently, they don't have a website. Highly recommended!

The polite, competent staff inspires serenity. The dishes are a pleasant surprise: simple, well-structured, and with bold yet balanced flavors.

27/10/2025: Fantastic experience at this restaurant. I had the tagliolini with lobster and a Prosecco reduction, and they were truly delicious. I also tried my friend's seafood dish: that, too, received top marks. The service was exceptional. The waiter even opened the lobster for me, a truly appreciated touch. An added bonus: they offer a welcome aperitif and even a amaro/sorbet at the end of the meal. The food was top-notch, and the staff was impeccable. I highly recommend it and will be back soon!

26/10/2025: Superlative service! Extremely patient. We had two dogs, two children, and a newborn, and they didn't make any faces or comments whatsoever. We requested a menu change, and they accommodated us. The prices were completely reasonable; in fact, the menu saves you a lot! We'll definitely be back!

06/11/2025: The menu, the place, and the service were amazing! I got a rye bagel that tasted just like wholemeal, with pesto, cheese, and almonds... generous and delicious.

04/11/2025: We drove an hour to eat their fluffy pancakes! Exceptional! The prices were more than fair, and the wait was short despite the busy restaurant. The staff was young, knowledgeable, and friendly! We'll definitely be back!

04/11/2025: The food was excellent, however, there were some discrepancies on the bill, which were corrected as soon as payment was made. We still felt a bit like we were being gently ripped off by a waiter (or perhaps the owner?) who was pushing us to order more, suggesting wines not listed on the menu or charging for appetizers twice. It's a shame; I thought these practices had disappeared. We will return to Venice, but not to this restaurant, which is otherwise very good and doesn't need such practices.

26/10/2025: Usually, when we come to the western part of Vicenza, a few kilometers from the highway exit, we stop at this small, family-run trattoria with a long history. It's also convenient to the city center. Parking is always available, but it's on the street. The food is well-made and good quality. The price is reasonable for the lunch, which is affordable. The menu offers a variety. Clean.

05/11/2025: We had lunch on Sunday, two adults and a child. We ate really well: carefully prepared dishes, quality ingredients, and excellent flavors. We washed it all down with a Bruno Paillard Champagne, perfect for the occasion. The waiter, Brook, pampered us from start to finish. He was very good, and knows how to put people at ease... and how to sell too 😅😂 He even offered us cookies at the end! A super pleasant experience, we'll definitely be back.

02/12/2025: We chose "Tenuta Costigliola" as our wedding venue, and we couldn't have imagined a better place to celebrate such a special day. From our first meeting, Edoardo struck us with his infectious charm and ability to make us feel instantly at home, while Laura accompanied us with a rare attention to detail: attentive, present, and reassuring. The wedding day also brought us a sudden downpour, but they didn't let it catch us off guard or slow us down: they handled everything with incredible calm and professionalism, transforming an unexpected event into an almost fun and stress-free memory for us. The rest was pure magic. Our guests raved about the exquisite food, the impeccable service, and the location, which seemed straight out of a fairytale. And then it was time for the wedding cake: a millefeuille baked by them and put together by us, the bride and groom (we even received compliments on the deliciousness of the cake), under the stars and with fireworks making everything even more emotional. A moment suspended in time that we will never forget. We wholeheartedly recommend "Tenuta Costigliola": it's not just a location, but a place where you feel welcomed, supported, and pampered in every detail. A choice we would make a thousand times over 🤍
