16/09/2025: On Saturday evening, I was fortunate enough to celebrate my 27th birthday at Enoteca Centrale with my partner and our baby. We had a stroller with us, and often, in certain places, this can seem like an obstacle. Here, however, it was quite the opposite: we felt welcomed, respected, and valued, without any judgment, but with a naturalness and humanity that are far from being taken for granted these days. A special thanks goes to Veronica and Alessandro, who guided us with professionalism and sensitivity in our choices and served us with impeccable attention. But a round of applause goes to the entire staff: knowledgeable, smiling, empathetic, and always available, capable of harmoniously combining expertise and human warmth. I truly felt like a princess for an evening, pampered in every detail, and this for me was the greatest gift. Every dish was a surprise: carefully crafted, elegant, rich in flavor, and presented with passion, transforming each course into a sensory experience. We also tasted the wine produced in collaboration with a local winery: authentic, refined, and surprising, so much so that we've already stocked up and will definitely continue to do so. It wasn't just a dinner: it was a true culinary experience, filled with flavor, hospitality, and humanity. My partner and I were impressed not only by the quality of the cuisine and the beauty of the meticulously maintained, clean, refined, and evocative location, but above all by the attitude of the staff: kind, smiling, courteous, and profoundly human. Working like this, with such kindness and expertise, seems obvious, but in reality it's a rare gift that you can feel in every gesture here. Furthermore, the attached shop is truly beautiful, with so many unique gift ideas: I'm already thinking about Christmas presents! I wholeheartedly recommend Enoteca Centrale to anyone who wants an experience that goes beyond food: here, you can sense professionalism, a love for their work, and a heartwarming humanity. For us, it was the best birthday ever, and we can't wait to return to celebrate our anniversary. Grade 10 with honors!

The food was good (we had risotto al tastasale, risotto al pontel di isoli, risotto with frogs, and bogoni with polenta), all very good. Perhaps a little pricey for what we ate. But the quality and the way they prepared the ingredients are second to none.

Meticulous attention to detail and a large room perfect for celebrating baptisms, birthdays, small ceremonies, and business dinners. Suitable for any occasion, it also has a smaller room, and there's even a room for small conferences. Highly recommended. Typical local and national dishes.

15/09/2025: Da Romano is more than a restaurant: it’s a Burano institution. Four generations of the Barbaro family have run it since Romano turned his bottega into a trattoria around 1920. The walls are crowded with paintings, a legacy of the artists who dined here from the 1930s onwards. The food lives up to the history: a wood-grilled plate of sea bass, bream, monkfish and prawn (8.5/10); a briny-fresh frittura mista of Adriatic fish and vegetables (8/10); and the signature risotto al nero di seppie - deep, poised, umami-rich (8.5/10). Tiramisu was lighter, coffee-shy (7/10). Bussolai biscuits, meringue cake and a rare santonego grappa closed the meal - rooted in Burano, straight from the lagoon.

07/08/2025: My husband and I visited this restaurant for the first time. This inn won us over from the moment we arrived; nestled in the green hills of Asolo, it seems to have come from another era. The ambience was delightful, and the staff were equally welcoming and helpful. It wasn't just a simple dinner; it was a true culinary experience, from appetizer to dessert, a journey of discovery of unique flavors. It was impossible to leave even a crumb on our plates. The only flaw, as the very kind young woman who served us had already warned us, was that be careful, because these delicacies are addictive. In fact, we will be back very soon to be amazed again.
