07/04/2025: Very well known in Verona, but I have to be honest I was disappointed. I appreciate the research of the product and the love in what he does. But real Italian pizza is something else, then when it is paid sincerely it is not worth a second time

06/04/2025: Beautiful pizzeria, very bright, tastefully furnished, beautiful oven. Visited on a Sunday for lunch, few people. Very friendly staff, who know what they do. We took a deep pizza, and 2 very different crunches, Margherita and a Beef with 5 grain dough. My family liked them very much, I found mine good but I wasn't thrilled, perhaps the round one with cornice was more suitable for me. With a beer and 2 cans we spent just over 60 euros. I would happily stay here again.

20/03/2025: I was expecting Italian cuisine and pizzeria. But I found mostly Indian food. Pizza burnt at the edges and dough too thin. Pasta overcooked and not al dente, never again

15/04/2025: Stunning place surrounded by greenery with a view of the Po Valley. Excellent quality food with average prices. Very friendly staff. Not too many seats, so it's always better to book in advance especially if there are many people. Parking a little tight. I especially recommend the grilled meat.

25/03/2025: Ugh! We chose the menu for 32€. This menu is already offered on the exterior menu, but when the waiter brings you the menu, there is no menu. We had to ask for it, which didn't please the boss! We can only judge this menu, which is meh. Small portions and ordinary cuisine, I do not recommend and the server is not friendly. And to finish the tables around us were treated to a free limoncello and we added the bill thank you and goodbye limoncello another time. Frankly it doesn't happen. I really don't recommend!

22/04/2025: We got day menus which was deer meet pasta , beef tongue and carpaccio from deer ,food was ok and price reasonable toward pricy

18/04/2025: I was there only for some drinks after a hike to mount Tudaio. The staff was nice, friendly and helpful. The toilet needs more care.

28/03/2025: I came back after a long time, I think more than a year. As I remembered, the service is impeccable and not suffocating, the dishes are always surprising and every bite is truly a delight. The environment is elegant and offers the right comforts to fully enjoy the culinary experience. Obviously it has a cost but it is really worth it. I won't wait that long to come back!

25/03/2025: The place is very welcoming. As for meat selection nothing to say but it should be allowed to keep the meat warm at the table. Our (Austrian) steak lost its flavor once cold. If this detail is fixed, we will definitely try again.

30/12/2024: Every summer I go to eat at this restaurant and never once have I left disappointed. A certainty if you are looking for quality. The fish is always fresh and of excellent quality and never lacks quantity. Very friendly, welcoming and always cheerful staff.

01/12/2024: We recently went to the hatch for an aperitif and it was a pleasant experience. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 children with strollers. The place itself is a bit small but very nice. We ordered an XL platter and we received a platter of cold cuts, cheeses, olives, dried tomatoes, bread and breadsticks, accompanied by Spritz. The quality of the food was excellent and the portions generous. The owner was nice and friendly. We highly recommend this place for a quality aperitif.

Il Piccolo Doge is not only a wonderful restaurant for its breathtaking view and elegant atmosphere, but what makes it truly special is the staff, who with their heart and passion manage to transform every occasion into something unique. Mauri is number 1, to say that I love him is an understatement! His energy, friendliness and attention to detail make the difference. Lena, with her sweetness and kindness, made everything even more perfect. And then all the rest of the team: each of them was extraordinary, professional and caring, making me feel at home. And what about the kitchen? Each dish is always delicious, prepared with fresh, quality ingredients, presented with care and capable of winning over at first taste. A certainty every time! Thanks to them, my graduation day was unforgettable, a real dream! Every detail was taken care of to perfection, I didn't miss anything and I had an experience that I will carry in my heart forever. This is why Piccolo Doge is, without a doubt, my favorite restaurant! A place I always return to with a smile, knowing that every time it will be an unforgettable experience. 01/04/2025: Yesterday, for the first time, I had the pleasure of having lunch at this wonderful restaurant for my daughter's graduation. She had spoken highly of it, both about the place and the staff, but the reality exceeded all my expectations. Mauri is a special person, with incredible energy and dedication, who makes every guest feel pampered and at home. The atmosphere, the service and the quality of the food made the day unforgettable. Saying thank you is really not enough! I can't wait to come back to celebrate my birthday too, because here the fun is guaranteed! See you very soon!
