26/07/2025: Ci siamo fermati per una breve sosta durante un viaggio in famiglia. Siamo contenti di poter dire di aver trovato professionalità, gentilezza, pulizia.

17/05/2025: MALEDUCATI. Siamo entrate io e una amica per usufruire dei servizi. Abbiamo preso una bottiglia di acqua come consumazione. La mia amica, non avendo i contanti, tira fuori la carta di credito per effettuare il pagamento. Il cameriere in cassa, decisamente svogliato, ci ha risposto che dovevamo pagare con i contanti. Ha mandato via la mia amica. Io sono uscita dai servizi e penso il “Titolare” del bar mi ha detto che dovevo per forza consumare anche io, avendo usufruito dei servizi. Per forza in contanti. Ho dato 5 euro e me ne sono andata senza prendere la mia consumazione. Facendo parte di una associazione no profit è per me un piacere aiutare le persone in evidente difficoltà economica. Per fortuna poco dopo ho incontrato le forze dell’ordine segnalando il locale.

11/07/2025: Unterirdisch schlecht. „Service“ maximal arrogant, kein Bitte, kein Danke. Laut Schild keine versteckten Kosten, dann werden aber mal eben 7,10 € für den sogenannten Service aufgeschlagen. Das Essen ist nach wenigen Momenten auf dem Tisch und schmeckt auch demnach unterirdisch schlecht. Jede Mikrowellen-Mahlzeit ist ein Genuss dagegen. Mein dringender Tipp: Diesen Laden auf jeden Fall meiden.

08/07/2025: Terminamos comiendo aquí ya que en varios lugares había largas colas para sentarse. El servicio estuvo bien, la comida también estuvo bien, pero no fue la mejor que habíamos probado en nuestro viaje. Parecían centrarse en atraer turistas para que comieran allí. Las porciones eran buenas y el pan estaba bien. La mesa en la que nos sentamos todavía tenía migas de los clientes anteriores. Si bien la comida no estaba mal, hay otros lugares mejores para comer en San Marco.

21/04/2025: Katastrophe das Essen, Bedienung prolig,einfach nicht zu empfehlen!!!!! Keine Danke ..Essen wird nur dahin genallt -Im warsten Sinne des Wortes- Essen nur aufgewärmt, ohne Geschmack, Den Koch ,wenn es überhaupt einer ist,sollte besser gehen.

29/04/2025: A FUIR. PIEGE A TOURISTES. J'ai pu constater par moi même le manque de compétences de cet établissement. Une fois le pied dans cet établissement, la spirale de mauvaises surprises démarre. Service très expéditif, avec le pain posé d'office sur la table et fait le sourd d'oreille si on veut le signaler. Le plat une petite pizza de qualité très médiocre, mais mangeable. Une assiette, plutôt une poignée de spaghettis à la tomate avec 2 feuilles de basilic, sans aucun goût. Une fois terminé nos plats, hop on nous débarrasse, la facture arrive et hop on nous dégage. On refuse de nous laisser garder la facture, j'ai été plus rapide pour prendre la photo ( a la surprise du serveur) Et oui. Car ça va vite, très vite. Table très serrées, à peine de la place pour se déplacer. Avec une canne pas facile. J'aurais dû lire vos commentaires avant. Une machine à faire de l'argent. Un piège à touristes.

09/07/2025: The place is aesthetically pleasing, but that's where the good things end. The wait is long and the food is really poor quality considering the prices. The only thing worth it is the draft beer.

30/06/2025: Premetto che non é mai piacevole valutare negativamente una struttura, nello specifico il pranzo, ma in questo caso, con tutto il rispetto mi vedo costretto a farlo. Abbiamo ordinato due galletti al forno con patate e un piatto di polenta con tosela e funghi. Contorno crauti per tre. I galletti erano lessi e le patate probabilmente del giorno prima. I crauti invece, versati direttamente dalla lattina ,con un retrogusto di ferro arruginito. Nulla da dire sulla polenta e sulla tosela, analogo discorso per i funghi arrivato direttamente dal vasetto. Mi rammrica tutto questo in quanto un rifugio in montagna dovrebbe regalare un valore aggiunto al visitatore.

12/03/2025: I nostri figli ci hanno regalato il pernottamento presso il rifugio Campolongo compresa la cena e la prima colazione. La nostra esperienza è stata molto soddisfacente. La camera era arredata in modo semplice, pulita e silenziosa. La cena è stata abbondante e ottima. La prima colazione comprendeva cibi salati e dolci, servita a buffet . I tavoli per gli ospiti del rifugio erano sistemati in un angolo tranquillo della sala ristorante. Abbiamo pagato la quota del parcheggio solo per l'automobile al nostro arrivo . Il nostro parere sull'ospitalità nel rifugio , nel complesso, è molto soddisfacente.

05/07/2025: I went with some friends of mine and after answering us with a "we're closing, move" I asked if they could kindly tell me the flavors of the bubble teas and as a response I received a "go and read them and then come back" leaving aside the rudeness of these people, they are disrespectful, if I could put 0 stars I would gladly do so.

22/05/2025: Yesterday I stopped at the bar 3 barmaids busy chatting finally one listened to me empty and stained croissant. I took the croissant with a napkin and chocolate came out.. I didn't touch it with my hands I told a barmaid with a dark hair that it was chocolate and she yelled at me that I shouldn't have touched it.. instead of apologizing for having made a mistake because they were too busy chatting among themselves. She said I had to understand.. honestly it was the first time I had breakfast there and the last for sure.. and I don't know their type of brioche. I've never seen anything like it one was asleep one looked like Anna Marchi so much she started yelling at me. Have a nice day. I left without consuming even though I had paid. I come from a city where there are the oldest and most refined coffee bars and never in my life have I been treated in this way. She looked at me with her eyes as if I had committed who knows what crime

16/07/2025: Dai social al mal di pancia è un attimo. Siamo venuti con amici e siamo stati male 3 su 4 persone. Servizio lento e appena appena sufficiente, pesce scadente e molto probabilmente congelato e mal cucinato ma venduto ad un prezzo esorbitante. Dopo tante esperienze qui ho perso la faccia con gli amici. Mai più!!

10/07/2025: Sorvolo sul fatto di aver richiesto il tavolo esterno e invece la pigrizia ha avuto il sopravvento.. abbiamo mangiato pesce che sembrava veramente buono ma non si e' rivelato così.. dopo un ora siamo dovuti andare a casa e il giorno dopo non e' stato piacevole. Il prezzo alto. Mai piu'

03/10/2024: Today 3 October, my class was invited to represent Cangrande at an event in the presence of Luca Zaia and the Mayor of Verona. Once we got there, there was no room and they expected us to spend 4 hours standing up against the wall, among other things in the presence of students in class with joint problems. Once we noticed the inconvenience caused by several students and teachers of that school who expected us to get our things as quickly as possible, we took our things and left.

26/07/2025: We just wanted to have a drink. We asked for the menu with the prices of the drinks. The waiter told us that it would only be available the next day... I still asked the price of a mijoto, which resulted in an extremely expensive meal. Let's not talk about the small beer that was impossible to serve (it's half a liter or nothing), while our neighbor at the table managed to order one later. In short, an establishment where tourists are taken for walking wallets! Avoid!!!!

08/06/2025: Este restaurante disfruta de una vista cercana del emblemático Puente de Rialto, que probablemente es la razón por la que está tan ocupado como lo está. Nos dieron una mesa en la zona de estar exterior (que está cubierta por un dosel). Las mesas están muy juntas y estábamos en la segunda fila desde la calle. El servicio inicial de tomar nuestra orden de comidas y bebidas fue lo suficientemente rápido y luego se retiró. Mis espaguetis con pimienta estaban bien, sin embargo, mi esposa describió sus raviolis como sosos. Sentadas al otro lado del pasillo de nosotros había dos mujeres que parecían estar participando en una competición de fumadores, cada una de ellas encendiéndose tres veces en rápida sucesión. Fueron bastante abiertos sobre esto y no fue cuestionado por el personal. Unos metros detrás de nosotros otro cliente estaba fumando y en una esquina pero todavía muy cerca de otras mesas y clientes un hombre estaba disfrutando de un puro... . . Dudo que aquellos lo suficientemente desafortunados como para estar en la “zona de deriva” disfrutaran del humo del cigarro más de lo que apreciamos el humo del cigarrillo. Cuando un miembro del personal finalmente se acercó a preguntar si queríamos postre y nos trajo la cuenta cuando dijimos «no, gracias», sacamos el tema de que se permite fumar a las personas en las mesas en un espacio confinado (bien puede haber sido sentarse al aire libre pero había una copa baja y las mesas estaban todas muy juntas) , nos dijeron que esto está permitido en Italia ya que está «al aire libre». Un par en otra mesa junto a nosotros no estaba de acuerdo con lo que los tres o cuatro miembros estaban diciendo sobre el permiso de fumar en el restaurante. Mientras esto ocurría hice una investigación rápida que indicó que el personal no conocía la ley o estaba siendo un poco engañoso en lo que decían. Allí las discusiones se detuvieron inmediatamente cuando hablé en mi mejor italiano (no es genial, pero lo intento) y dije que la ley italiana dice 'no'. ¡Quizás malinterpreté lo que había leído, pero algo eventualmente tocó un acorde! Solo puedo darle a este restaurante dos estrellas y una de ellas es por la vista de ese maravilloso puente. Si no te importa aguantar ser un fumador pasivo en un espacio confinado, mientras tratas de comer una comida bastante ordinaria, entonces este puede ser el lugar para ti. Sin embargo, si te gusta que tu comida tenga un buen sabor y un aroma que no esté contaminado por el humo de cigarrillos o cigarros, entonces es mejor que busques en otro lugar. Quizás alguien con una comprensión mucho mayor de la ley italiana con respecto a fumar en lugares públicos (como restaurantes) podría iluminarme para que me haga saber si estoy en lo correcto o equivocado en mi interpretación de la ley. 19/08/2025: People! Don't go there. The worst restaurant I've ever been to in Venice. Two scoops of ice cream for 4.50 euros. And I ordered gnocchi with tomatoes. It cost 11 euros. I got a children's portion. Unfortunately, it was takeout and I didn't see the portion until I left. Don't go there. What's in the picture costs 11 euros (each piece is 1 euro). I feel ripped off.

18/08/2025: Scam. Three expressos for 13 Eu. because we sat in. It was 1.80 Eu when written.

12/06/2025: Extremely poor service. My friend was having a drink there, and not only did the staff roll her eyes at my friend, but she also took away my friend’s unfinished drink without asking. She even put the change on an empty table silently and left, instead of placing it on my friend’s table or handing it to her directly. Miss, are you a racist or what? That you cannot even make direct contact with an Asian customer? Shockingly rude and completely unacceptable.

20/05/2025: If it were possible to give negative stars, I would gladly do so. The bar now has a new name, by the way. I ordered a drink and specifically asked if it was sweet, as I can't stand bitters. The nice lady brought me a Bellini. It was as bitter as an Aprerol. Then she asked if she could exchange something and left complaining. I didn't get anything new and had to pay the full price. That's not service.

22/05/2025: Sono passato da Vaniglia Gelateria e l’esperienza è stata un disastro sotto ogni punto di vista. Ho chiesto una sola pallina di gelato su cono piccolo. Mi sono ritrovato a pagare 3 euro. Alla mia domanda – educata – sul perché di un prezzo così alto per una sola pallina, mi è stato risposto in modo frettoloso e maleducato: “Lei paga una porzione, non una pallina”. Tonalità altezzosa, quasi infastidita. Davvero assurdo, considerando la quantità ridicola di gelato servita. Ma il peggio non è neanche questo. Il gelato alla nocciola “del Piemonte” era insapore, stantio, industriale, completamente privo di quella rotondità e intensità che ci si aspetta da un prodotto Igp. E non è una mia impressione: il Tribunale di Vicenza ha già condannato questa gelateria per l’uso ingannevole dell’etichetta “nocciola del Piemonte”. Altro che artigianale: qui si vendono illusioni, non qualità. E poi, l’ambiente. Personale scortese, molto scortese. La commessa non rispetta la fila, guarda i clienti con sufficienza, e sembra fare uno sforzo enorme anche solo a parlare. Zero sorriso, zero accoglienza. Pare di entrare in un posto dove nessuno vuole davvero essere lì. Le ragazze al banco sembrano sfinite, stremate, svuotate: un’energia grigia che trasmette disagio. Clima tossico, quasi da sfruttamento. Altro che gioia del gelato. Consiglio spassionato al titolare: fate fare un corso serio di educazione e gestione clienti al personale. Serve professionalità, non atteggiamenti supponenti e scontrosi. Per 3 euro mi aspettavo almeno di non sentirmi sgradito. Mai più. Gelateria da evitare.

21/05/2025: I went to Vaniglia Gelateria attracted by the “Piemontese” hazelnut gelato. I expected an authentic experience, but the result was something else. The flavor was flat, watered down, without the warmth and rich aroma typical of real IGP hazelnuts: it was clear from the first taste that these were neither fine hazelnuts nor a valuable artisanal product. And the issue is not just mine: the Vicenza court ruled that the “Piedmont hazelnut” label was misleading, because the product did not contain entirely Piedmontese hazelnuts or IGP certification Dissapore Corriere del Veneto . It is a mockery to present such a spartan flavor with a name that promises very high value. Then there is the atmosphere in the store: the girls at the counter were clearly exhausted, visibly stressed — zero smiles, zero enthusiasm. An attitude of someone with low morale, almost like a worker on a chain, with an obvious workload and no motivation. It is not an isolated impression: a review on Tripadvisor tells of a girl who was "rude, nervous, who did not greet and answered rudely for no reason" Tripadvisor . I do not know if it is modern slavery, but the environment is certainly not welcoming, nor human. In summary: Flavor: disappointing, lacking in personality and far from the "Piemontese" promise Labeling: misleading, as confirmed by the sentence Staff: visibly exhausted, oppressive atmosphere I recommend avoiding this ice cream shop: behind a high-sounding label hides a mediocre quality ice cream and a sad routine atmosphere. Better to look elsewhere for a genuine, authentic and more respectful experience both for the consumer and the people who work there.
