04/07/2025: When I pay two euros and fifty (2.50€) for a croissant at the counter I would expect to bite into something exceptional that justifies the price; instead I found myself "tasting" a preparation with a fiappa pastry (as if it had been there since yesterday) and a very sugary cream, almost cloying. Definitely an experience not to be repeated, I hoped the reviews were exaggerated, and instead.

19/07/2025: Very disappointing experience. The music was extremely loud – The waiter was friendly, but that’s about the only positive thing we can say. The portions were shockingly small. One dish, labeled as a main course, was more like a tiny kids’ portion – and it cost €11. Another salad with chicken cost €12.50 and was basically a few salad leaves, 8 brown beans, 4 green olives, half a can of corn, and 8 strips of turkey. That’s it. Completely overpriced and not worth the money. We were honestly shocked. We definitely wouldn’t come back.

20/07/2025: Very beautiful location with a view. The food was overall good. But the prices were extremely exorbitant and a bit haphazard. A platter of cold cuts, a quarter of wine, two waters, and three plates of pasta with ragù...€81. Unacceptable. We obviously won't be back!!

05/03/2025: Excellent pastries. The place also has delicious gluten- and lactose-free biscuits for those who are intolerant. Great coffee and drinks. I recommend the exceptional fruit juices!

20/07/2025: The coffee and donut I ordered were okay, but the wifi didn't work, the plugs didn't work, and the bathroom was not in a very good condition.

16/07/2025: A place I used while moving to Sirmione by bus and Milan by train. There is an ice menu and it is good for light eating, but the quality is not that good. You can use the restroom (free for guests), but it is not clean...

20/08/2025: For students, it's great, and the receptionists are very committed and understanding.

19/08/2025: Disgusting place to stay at. The front desk receptionist is a very rude man, the rooms are extremely uncomfortable and the beds have bed bugs in them. I woke up to many small bites on my body from bed bugs and mosquitos. The washroom was also unbearably small, with no room to move at all. Do not book with this hotel it is a scam!

24/10/2024: Almost an hour wait from ordering 2 cocktails and 1 sandwich at an off-peak time

09/10/2024: The coffee is good, but 4.20 euros for a correct coffee and an espresso is really excessive! I understand the table service surcharge, but one euro per coffee? We weren't even in Piazza San Marco. Never again.

06/08/2025: Serveur agréable qui parlait français. Nous avons pu échanger avec lui, souriant. Cependant, fuyez cet établissement !! Ce sont des pizzas surgelées sans saveurs, la pâte est dure comme du carton, les pâtes carbonara de très mauvaises qualité ! Et tout ça pour 114€ !!!!! Une honte ! Très décevant !!!!

02/08/2025: Maten var ganska medioker och smaklös. Tog en meny själv, grabbarna tog pasta carbonara som var ganska bra men små portioner. Pommes frites som var riktigt friterad. Har aldrig varit på en restaurang som misslyckats med pommes frites! Själva uteserveringen var trevlig och så även personalen, de tog en högre serviceavgift än de 12% som stod, fick betala ca 15%.

13/08/2025: You get a spritz with the buffet for 5 euros and eat food that's expired days ago. Today I ate a slice of pizza with cooked ham that tasted like garbage. Another time they gave me a rancid sandwich. Either you change your ways, or I hope management changes soon. What surprises me most, however, is that there are people who give it 5 stars. Poor Italy.

02/05/2025: posto molto carino isolato dal caos di venezia, con spazio all aperto e al chiuso, piatti tipici e a basso prezzo ma soprattutto personale disponibile e gentile.

23/04/2025: Esperienza davvero pessima! Difficilmente ci è successo. Il personale non è per niente gentile e ci hanno portato il primo piatto dopo solo tre minuti esatti dall'antipasto! Gli spaghetti alla Rivetta, con i frutti di mare, erano scotti e insieme al pomodoro c'era anche la panna, completamente fuori luogo! Le cozze, presenti sia nell'antipasto che nel primo piatto, avevano un sapore disgustoso. E infatti abbiamo vomitato qualche ora più tardi! È stato fatto presente al personale, ma hanno volutamente ignorato il problema. Di solito il piatto non gradito non viene fatto pagare, oppure viene proposta una sostituzione. Loro, invece, non ci hanno neppure fatto lo sconto. I prezzi sono alti e mangiare all'aperto significa respirare una puzza nauseante proveniente dal rio a fianco. Ci sono posti decisamente migliori di questo a Venezia!

24/07/2025: Scam! We asked if the milkshake was made from gelato, told yes, and the drink turned out to be very watery. There was also hidden surcharge 7 euros for two. Coffee was also worse than instant. Please stay away.

20/07/2025: They charged me €13 for two espressos. I think it's a complete rip-off, especially since the prices aren't even listed on the menu. Be careful, there are much better, prettier, and cheaper places a two-minute walk away. Stay away and don't give them your money; they don't deserve it.
