16/10/2025: A truly wonderful experience! The food was truly delicious, served promptly and in an original way—the idea of ​​bringing the pasta directly from the pot was a lovely touch. The only downside: the bathroom, which was small and uncomfortable. I think this space also contributes to the overall experience of a restaurant, so it's an aspect that could be improved. Overall, though, a positive experience and one worth repeating!

12/10/2025: We were there last night. Fettuccine with porcini mushrooms. The porcini mushrooms had no flavor, the taste was bland, the garlic was missing, the flavor was lacking. All covered in tons of cream. Fettuccine was overcooked, practically mush. Fettuccine with shrimp and scallops. The scallops were like baby scallops, and here too the flavor of the fish was lacking. And here too they added a lot of... cream!!! To the fish! The chef really lacks the basics. Here too, the fettuccine was overcooked. All served in pots. Presentation pots? No, the aluminum pots used for cooking. So the steel fork on the aluminum pot. Congratulations! We waited for coffee, but no one came by.

I've been there before, always satisfied. The atmosphere was simple but clean. In my opinion, the large dining room could do with some soundproofing.

02/11/2025: CANTEEN ROOM GROUNDED We booked on Tuesday for Saturday, and yet we were seated in the upstairs dining room, which at first glance looks a lot like a hospital cafeteria. Certainly not the best choice we could have made: unhelpful staff who snorts when ordering, and insane prices considering the quality and location! €422 for seven adults and one child, for a plate of paella and some draft red wine... And we returned even though a few months ago we were left outside in the cold for having a small dog! I think we could find better places!

18/12/2025: Company Christmas dinner. Excellent organization, very fast and very friendly. The only downside is the limited parking.

13/12/2025: A truly disappointing experience! Reservation made days in advance, confirmed by phone. When we arrived at the restaurant, we discovered there was no record of our name. The cause? A call handled carelessly by the owner, who, in addition to the mistake, didn't even have the decency to apologize. No apology, no solution, just rudeness and zero professionalism. Unacceptable behavior for such a well-known establishment. On the other hand, I'll tell you, it was better this way: not far away we discovered a welcoming trattoria that thankfully took our last-minute reservation on Friday evening. The food is truly excellent and I highly recommend it: Trattoria AMBROSINI! As for Trattoria Lovise, never again.

07/10/2025: Getting to Porte dell'Adige isn't easy for those coming from outside the province, but once you arrive, there's a wide range of well-stocked shops. You'll be spoiled for choice, from shoes, clothes, groceries, electronics, pets (dogs, cats), fish, bread, a jewelry store, eyeglass shops, and car and motorcycle supplies. I recommend taking a stroll.
