The pan-fried pasta dishes are truly excellent and beautifully seasoned. The grilled cheese with fries or grilled vegetables is also excellent. Even my Pomeranian was happy, as they provided him with a nice bowl of water. The staff was very courteous, friendly, and attentive. Well done everyone, keep up the good work!

A restaurant centrally located in Belluno. Their specialty is serving the pasta in the pan where it's sautéed. A wide selection, generous portions, and quality surprised me. Prices are in line with what's on offer. I'd definitely return.

I had the pleasure of dining at Ristorante La Trappola in Belluno, and I can say without hesitation that it was a truly excellent experience in every way. The setting is welcoming, with attention to detail, and makes you feel immediately at ease, with a warm and relaxing atmosphere perfect for both a romantic dinner and a quiet evening with friends. We ordered pasta carbonara and pasta arrabbiata, and both were simply spectacular. The carbonara was creamy to perfection, with a perfect balance of egg, pecorino cheese, and crispy guanciale. You could taste the quality of the ingredients and, above all, the care taken in preparing it: flavorful but not heavy, plentiful, and cooked to perfection. The arrabbiata, on the other hand, was intense and flavorful, with a rich and well-balanced sauce. The spiciness was present but harmonious, enhancing the flavor of the tomato without overpowering it. Here, too, the pasta was cooked impeccably al dente, a sign of great attention to detail in the kitchen.
