22/12/2025: We had dinner at this lovely Osteria. The gentleman was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable, he made sure that we enjoyed ourselves throughout our dinner. The food was also excellent and we loved Trancio di Tonno (seared tuna) - beautifully rare inside. They also offered us home-made bread that just came out of the oven, which was a big bonus. We would recommend this Osteria to anybody, who shares a passion for good food and appreciates a warm welcome.

28/11/2025: A fantastic evening at this restaurant, which deservedly earned its second Michelin star. The food was consistently exceptional, creative, and expertly prepared. The quality of the ingredients speaks for itself. The excellent selection of drinks, perfectly complementing the menu, also deserves special mention. The service was outstanding: attentive, professional, and always present without being intrusive. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates fine dining and impeccable service.

19/11/2025: The location, the food and wine, of course, the service—everything, and I mean everything, was top notch! The waiters were all super friendly and always kept an eye on us, never prying. We'll definitely be back to try the other tasting menus offered by Chef Francesco Simone Sodano, who even came out to greet us and all our guests.

04/03/2026: We stayed at Al Capriolo during the Olympics and fell in love with the lodging, decor and the food. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful B&B in Cortina and its very welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was outstanding, with delicious options and great attention to detail. It was the perfect way to start the day. What truly made the experience special was the exceptional service. The hosts were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making sure every guest feels at home. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cortina. We have an Airbnb of our own in the U.S. and a vacation home in Menton, France. This property is so lovely that we would return again as the property is a destination of its own.

That is why I have been giving this review since October, because the cuisine in this restaurant is very good, the pizza, lasagna, tiramisu are fantastic. And the service is wonderful. I had the opportunity to try their paella, and although I'm a real fish critic, I found it to be truly top-quality, with carefully selected and incredibly cooked ingredients. 10/03/2026: An elegant place, without being overly formal, located in a farmhouse renovated with intelligence and style. I come here regularly, last night with three friends who are also passionate about boiled meats. The menu is amazing, from chicken to tongue to beef, everything is top-quality and cooked to perfection. Sauces to match the meats and excellent side dishes. Good wine list. Homemade desserts are tastefully crafted. Attentive but unobtrusive staff, a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere that leaves a lasting impression. Good value.

Recommended for anyone who truly wants to try something different and delve into REAL vegetarian-vegan cuisine, not just the cheesy dishes or vegan imitations of meat or fish. The dishes are all balanced and very enjoyable (special mention goes to the fantastic dessert and the risotto). The five-course menu is perfect for discovering unusual ingredients and techniques. The service is extremely polite, elegant, and always smiling. The restaurant is very elegant, and you can sense the refinement and harmony. It's wonderful to go "blind" and be surprised, with an equally unique wine list and a selection of teas, kombucha, water kefir, and liqueurs (including non-alcoholic ones). I'll definitely be back (as a super omnivore, finally a real alternative that makes me want to come back and try again)!
