29/09/2025: The food was good, the waiter helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, we were charged twice for drinks, paying €42 more. We were a larger group, eight people, but unfortunately, no one checked the receipt beforehand. Only one person paid, and we only noticed the mistake when we were splitting the bill, 2,000 km away. I don't know whose fault it was, but the bad taste remains.

27/09/2025: I was there for dinner today. The carpacio I ordered was bresaolo. Not bad, but just not what I ordered. The brancino was overcooked three times. Not even the best waiter could have filleted it properly. The fried potatoes were a complete disaster. The two stars are only for the friendly service and the free limoncello.

19/06/2025: Sono stato per la prima volta in questo locale, molto carino personale attento e preparato. Il cibo molto buono e ben servito, anche il servizio molto apprezzato. Locale da consigliare nelle vicinanze del centro storico, bella serata.

10/11/2025: Typical tourist pizza. I've had many pizzas in Italy that were a hundred times better, and at a lower price. The Fritto Misto was okay, a large portion, but it had a strange aftertaste of fat (perhaps it hadn't been used in a while). For me, it's not repeatable.

23/10/2025: A pleasant surprise! A friend of ours had recommended it to us, and we really liked it. It's in a beautiful panoramic location, overlooking the Murano Grand Canal, not far from the "Museo" vaporetto stop. It has a lovely terrace on the canalside, a few tables along the promenade, and then some inside. The menu is interesting and the dishes are well-executed, with a gourmet touch. The service was also good (there was a baptism party going on on the terrace, but we didn't feel abandoned). The prices are medium-high, but fair for the quality. It's worth trying. A word of advice... book your table in advance, though...

09/11/2025: The Florentine steak is sublime, the carne salada is excellent, the tartare is delicious—in short, the selection of meat is excellent, as is the way it's cooked and prepared. Friendly welcome and service, a casual place where meat reigns supreme. We'll definitely be back!

05/11/2025: Terrible service. They were offended that we didn't buy a bottle of wine, and the waiters were grumpy and spoke a foreign language. The plate was loaded with garlic and chili peppers. The lasagna inside was cold!

14/08/2025: Dining at Mainor is a sensational culinary experience, allowing you to savor magical flavors and sensations. Each dish is a masterpiece, from the plating to the cooking method, and the combination of ingredients is meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail. The service is excellent; Luana and Sara are knowledgeable and attentive in recommending dishes and matching wines. Dining at Mainor is a unique experience to savor with every bite.

14/08/2025: A pleasant surprise!! We've known the Hotel Calvi for years: Flora and Alfredo make you feel at home! This year we dined at the Mainor restaurant; impeccable service, particularly polite and knowledgeable staff. The four of us had: scallop ceviche, meagre tartare, perfect "scarpetta" (a type of bread) to dip your tortillas in, basil tagliatelle with raw scampi, and aged Parmesan risotto with aged balsamic vinegar. The dishes were prepared with care and skill, but above all, originality and imagination. As for the taste, there's nothing to complain about: a spectacle of flavors that slowly, one by one, unfold in your mouth... I don't usually take photos of dishes, but this strawberry, this dessert, was truly worth it. I won't say anything else so as not to spoil the surprise.

06/11/2025: When you leave the place, your clothes will stink. Unpleasant, nauseating smell. Down jacket in the laundry, sweater, shirt, and jeans in the washing machine. Simply shameful. Average pizza. Minimal service. Avoid. Only outdoors in the summer...but not necessarily.

31/10/2025: A truly exceptional pizza! Thin and crispy with truly excellent quality ingredients, one of the few pizzas I've ever eaten well! Fast and excellent service, and the tiramisu was equally delicious! We'll definitely be back!

21/10/2025: A place nestled like an ancient jewel in nature. I've heard great things about this place for its excellent cuisine and price. I absolutely agree and recommend it. The pizza 🍕 was simply excellent, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the pizza chefs were on display. I also give the atmosphere a five because, although rustic, it's very clean and makes you feel at home. I'm glad I went and will go often.

12/11/2025: At a friend's recommendation, we decided to try another place they really liked. So here we are. A quick glance at the entrance to see and appreciate the place and the staff. Very clean and well-decorated (not like others). The menu is clearly visible among the photos and the descriptions are well-written. The dishes are very interesting, including raw fish, seafood, vegetables, and meat. We ordered a couple of dishes to start our dinner without going too far beyond our expectations. Great place, we'll be back soon. 🤝🥂

07/11/2025: I arrived enthusiastically and left angry. The smell of sewer stinks as soon as I enter, but you get used to it. The place is half empty, I wait 25 minutes, and when I point it out, the dishes start arriving... yes, but one every 3 minutes... They tell me all the dishes I asked for had been delivered, but there were 2 left, oh well, never mind... I've eaten at many sushi restaurants, but this was the worst, no, I'm not kidding. Bland food, salmon that tasted like nothing... I'm sorry, but never again. There wasn't a single dish that tasted like fish; you could have salmon, tuna, or octopus, and it was the same thing. The fish was poorly defrosted, washed and rewashed until it had no flavor. It's a shame it ruined my evening. €30 wasted, and the staff didn't apologize. Taste may be subjective, but the fact that none of the food I was given had any flavor is terrifying. Be aware of what you're eating.
