It was perfect; we've been coming here for six years now. The service was top-notch. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was very relaxed. We love Bella Napoli. We come back again and again. Our waiter was the best we've had in all these years. Friendly, proactive, and incredibly quick. You can tell he loves his job. The other staff members are always friendly as well.

Well, after a YouTube recommendation, I'm disappointed. The food was just okay, but the service was more like something out of a mafia movie – no smiles, just rushing things. They're only interested in profit and not customer-oriented. They won't be seeing me again.

Friendly but somewhat overwhelmed waiters rushed past, and we had to wait a while. Then, bread was forgotten with one dish, and there was no dressing for the salad. I found it a bit disappointing to have to choke down such a dry salad, despite the explanation that we weren't in Germany. The mussels my husband ordered were very tasty. However, even there, the seating was very cramped. It's okay to eat there once, but not something I'd do every day.
The food was good, but the service was poor. I didn't get any bread, and instead of Fanta, I was served some kind of orange soda. I had the feeling the restaurant was overwhelmed with so many guests.
