I tried the cream pancakes and the zabaione ones and I really have no words to comment on their goodness.
I recommend calling the day before for large quantities.
Great kindness from the staff,
but in Pegolotte it is a custom.

14/07/2025: Excellent experience. A group of friends. The staff were incredibly courteous, kind, and helpful, both in the restaurant and in the dining room. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Very clean, the food was excellent, and the buffet was "extraordinary."
Beautiful spa and pool.

Whether you need a bite to eat on your work lunch break, or come on the weekend for something a little more sophisticated, this is the place to spend a lovely evening, accompanied by excellent service and a venue that lives up to expectations... but I'll give it a fifth star when they figure out how to make proper coffee! I've had better quick coffees!

20/04/2025: Il locale è bello ( potrei tranquillamente dare 10). Purtroppo il il cibo posso dare il minimo... abbiamo preso la polenta morbida con baccalà in rosso ( con pomodoro). Ci siamo trovati la polenta completamente senza sale e il baccalà che sapeva solo da acido di pomodoro, immangiabile. Infatti, abbiamo lasciato praticamente tutto nel piatto. Come contorno avevamo preso delle patate lesse con il senape. Peccato che erano tutte stracotte e sapevano solo da aceto. Esperienza direi negativissima...
