At Quartetti, you feel right at home. Diego is always ready to satisfy every request with a smile. The food is excellent. Much of the food is produced on site, and the fruit and vegetables are from the garden. Entering Quartetti is like stepping into a bubble, leaving reality behind and immersing yourself in a landscape full of flowers, trees, and animals (the goats are incredibly cute). A good, somewhat minimalist agriturismo. What matters is that I had a good time. Traditional cuisine, not bad at all, good service. Excellent "bigoi con e sardee" Bigoli with sardines. The name Quadi intrigued me. Quadi means "quarters." After Venice conquered the Polesine region, the Po River became the southernmost border of the Venetian Republic, and Venice had erected watchtowers along its banks to control the new borders and prevent a return of the Este family. There was a changing of the guard every quarter of the day.
