Che dire? Pizza perfetta, senza glutine, bassa e croccante, ben condita. Una gioia. Ho fatto il bis. Contenti anche i non celiaci. Piccola chicca: c'è un videogioco Arcade funzionante e decorazioni che ogni nerd nostalgico degli anni '80 apprezzerà.

23/12/2025: Excellent hummus, which you wouldn't expect to find in a pizzeria. Delicious, well-topped pizzas. A large space suitable for group dinners.
17/12/2025: A 1970s atmosphere. The pizza is good, even if thin. Even if eaten in the evening, it lets you sleep peacefully without recurring, a sign of a perfect dough. Wood-fired cooking adds that extra something.

Pizzeria Il Postino

22/03/2026: A small pizzeria just outside the city walls of Gubbio. Very casual, good pizza that tries to emulate Neapolitan pizza. Sure, a few photos of Troisi, Pino Daniele, or Sophia Loren hanging around the walls might create a Neapolitan atmosphere, but making pizza like in Naples isn't easy! We're pretty close, though. I didn't get to try the Neapolitan desserts like pastiera or babà, but I'm sure they were good based on the reviews at nearby tables. Excellent prices. Worth a try.
27/02/2026: The pizza was nothing special, the service was fast but impersonal, the atmosphere was clean, and I found the price of a bottle of tap water at €2.50 a bit steep.
