We passed by here by chance and decided to stop. Really good pan pizza.

The gluten-free pizza by the slice is delicious and there is the possibility to choose from many flavours! It's crispy on the bottom and edges and seasoned very well. By paying by weight there is the possibility of choosing the size of the piece and therefore trying the various flavours. I tried almost all the ones available and they were delicious (pizza rossa, parmigiana, margherita, cacio e pepe, mushrooms, potatoes). Very friendly and professional staff. AIC certified place therefore a guarantee also for celiacs. I can't wait to go back!

I ordered the pan pizza, there are very few who deliver it in Perugia and I didn't like most of the ones I tried. I have to say that, with the exception of the late delivery not due to them, the pizzas were really good! We took 1 whole pan for 2 people but the portions are generous: each 1/4 pan contains a regular pizza rectangle divided in half (6 squares) which are enough for one person! We heated up what was left over the next day in a small pan, as suggested on their cardboard boxes, and it was super crispy and still excellent. In general, the dough is quite thin and crunchy, the sauce is generous and tasty and there are no burnt parts. The only thing that stops me from assigning 5 stars are the combinations on the menu: all very classic and repetitive, always the same 2 ingredients that alternate... in short, for me there is little variety, to choose 4 flavors a little different from each other I struggled! The order also included chips, which would have been excellent if they had arrived hot. However, when I want pan pizza I will order here!

Ottima pizza al taglio senza glutine

Pizzeria al taglio, con (importantissimo) opzione senza glutine. Si trova lungo le scalette di sant'Ercolano in posizione comoda e non eccessivamente trafficata, ma sicuramente strategica, il che permette di gustarsi il cibo tranquillamente. Buon impasto, buoni ingredienti, prezzo leggermente sopra la media per il senza glutine. Sicuramente da ritornarci per assaggiare altri gusti senza glutine. Possibilità di asporto e di consegna a domicilio (per ora solo il centro di Perugia). Meriterebbe l'assaggio anche della pizza con il glutine perché l'aspetto era invitante e le aspettative sono state già superate dall'impasto senza glutine . Serve solo molta più pubblicità, soprattutto per il senza glutine
