11/09/2025: I've been a customer for years and forgot to review it! It's simply our favorite place, where we return with the family whenever we want to stroll around town and eat quality food. Impeccable service, good food, close parking... what more could you want? I'Licchio deserves an A+.

24/12/2025: I’ve only ever tried bagels around Europe but have heard how good they can be from Americans, made me think bagels were just an average food and Americans are tastebud-challenged. Now I get the hype, these bagels are incredible, I come back every time I’m in town!

The coffee was excellent and the cake delicious, the flavors were well-balanced... The service was good, respectful, and friendly...

Wanted to go to the one next-door, that’s more known, but there was a long waiting list, so we decided to try this one!
And thank God we did
Delicious food, no weight, great suggestions from the staff, delicious coffee.
My girlfriend and I went there twice , and both times, it was amazing.
Thank you again for the delicious cappuccinos and breakfasts ☕️🥐

04/02/2026: The best gelato! The tastes are natural and delicious, I can recommend strawberry, stracciatella and pistachio. The portions are big so keep this in mind.
30/01/2026: We have spent a week in Florence and my partner who is Gluten Free has been craving Gelato and wanting to try it in the origin of where it was made. The issue we had is that anytime we asked vendors if it was Gluten Free, they laughed at us.
With a quick google search we found GROM, and I'm glad we did!
It is 100% Gluten Free (although you couldn't tell as it tastes incredible.
So many choices to choose from, including pistachio sauce, chocolate sauce and whipped cream! Great value for money and incredibly delicious! We went a few times throughout our stay here and we will definitely be back on our next visit! Thank you guys for making us feel welcome and providing some of the best Gelato I've ever had!

17/12/2025: We met up with friends for a Christmas getaway. We enjoyed the self-service menu, which offers a wide variety of dishes, including desserts for those with a sweet tooth. Excellent food, excellent value. The place is quiet, and if you're in a group, you can reserve a table. There's no cover charge or water. We ordered their homemade panettone, which is highly recommended. At the bar, I had a coffee that tasted like coffee, not burnt like it often does even in Michelin-starred establishments. On Friday evenings, they host an aperitivo, not to be missed.

26/12/2025: A tiny place with very few seats, so you can sit and wait or grab a quick bite. The pizzas are fantastic, generously filled and well-stocked! The staff is incredibly kind and makes you feel at home. And they're rightfully proud of their products.
I even saw a dessert; I was very tempted, but I'll be back!
13/11/2025: Over the top!! Fabulous! Quality ingredients combined in a variety of original ways. The result? Amazing flavor! Soft and crunchy at the same time. Extremely light. Delicious. On top of all that... the staff was extremely kind. Well done! 10 out of 10.
