Caffe Bistrot Cassai In Firenze

I frequent this bistro often. During the Covid-19 pandemic, they were able to organize deliveries very quickly and provide assistance to those confined in quarantine. Coming back to today: the welcome is warm and makes you feel immediately at ease. The cuisine is good quality, with tasty and carefully prepared dishes, while the service is always attentive, fast, and courteous. I'd happily recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant lunch, with an excellent balance between quality, price, and service. Today, in this sultry heat, the kitchen served raw pasta among the first courses: I really enjoyed this simple dish, with ingredients carefully measured, each able to express its own fragrance, flavor, and freshness. My rating? 10 out of 10!

We came to the area from Reggio Emilia for study. We found the staff welcoming, Florentine-style, and enjoyed quick but good food (11:30-12 AM). We were the second table occupied. The lady (I imagine) in charge of the kitchen was friendly and friendly with our son. It's small, but the atmosphere is very pleasant. Prices are fairly average: pizza, schiacciata, sandwich, water, two Cokes, coffee, two strawberry cups: €27. Recommended

Delicious soy cappuccino and truly delicious Nutella brioche, especially the brioche dough! Stopped in by chance for a good breakfast, left feeling super satisfied 👍

Lunch is really good; today I had the Livorno-style cod special. Excellent prices.
