Very nice place in the center where you can breathe an international atmosphere. They have a wide range of foods for vegans and celiacs. In general the dishes are presented well and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The environment is also very pleasant because in addition to tables where you can stop and study after eating, there is an outdoor space in an internal courtyard. The cost is not low but is proportionate to the area and the type of offer

This is a really nice spot! I definitely recommend it. There are lots of good options, the place is beautiful, and the staff are very friendly. Only stopped in here for a very basic breakfast before visiting the attractions and really enjoyed it. Had a smoothie and avocado toast. Got the job done. I’d definitely recommend it!

Really great brunch spot - located quite centrally so it’s close to a lot of the main attractions. Staff are so friendly. Food must be ordered at the counter and you can freely take a seat wherever you like if dining-in. Lots of great options to go too. We arrived around 9am on a Friday, lots of seats available but it definitely started to fill up fast around 9.30am. Coffee was one of the nicest we’ve had in Florence. Will definitely be back before our trip is over.

I was super excited to find this place!A heaven for vegans!I tried the vegan orange and chocolate pancakes with fresh fruit and the granola bowl and they were both delicious!There is a variety of super healthy and yummy options and amazing kinds of fresh juice!As long as I stay in Florence I m gonna have breakfast at Shake s every day!
