Best pizza we had in Italy! Chef Puya and waiter Nicola were fantastic and so kind. We were getting married while in Florence and they were so happy for us! The pizza here is delicious, filling but doesn't make you feel bloated at all! We went here 3x during our time in Florence and it was one of the highlights of our elopement/honeymoon. Thank you Gustarium Firenze for your 5 star service and food! We miss you guys!

I made an effort in Italy to try as much pizza as I could and this was hands-down, my absolute favorite. Amazing ingredients, unique flavor, excellent atmosphere. Worth including in your plans! Try EVERYTHING!

The owner is incredibly friendly, you can tell he loves his job, we said we were coming from Valencia and he spoke to us in Spanish, when he came back he remembered us :)
The pizzas are delicious, super worked dough, without dyes or preservatives, fermented for 48 hours and with incredible flavors.
10/10, unique pizza experience, both the dough and the ingredients, don't think about it.

We had a choice of 4-5 different pizzas. Each slice is well garnished, the focaccia-style pizza dough is very good. I recommend for a quick meal. Allow around €15 per person.

Come si dice “ nella botte piccola c’è il buon vino “.. ebbene in questa piccola pizzeria la qualità non manca! Non è la solita pizza a taglio, ma offre un impasto particolare , integrale a lievitazione molto lunga con il risultato di una pizza molto gustosa e molto digeribile, con vari gusti sia tradizionali che molto originali tipo la carbonara ( veramente notevole che il proprietario ci ha offerto per farcela assaggiare ) e poi porchetta pecorino rucola .. ingredienti miscelati con ottimi risultati ! Complimenti al proprietario, che è anche molto simpatico e spiega tutto il procedimento del suo prodotto , fatto decisamente con passione . Vale la pena 👍🏻

It is incredible how so simple dish can be so tasteful. Definitely it's not a classical pizza, the dough is very different and the topping is different from pizza we are used to. Tasted three different options and all of them were delicious. There is an exellent wine in the restaurant for a very affordable price.
