It is a suitable place to sit and relax while waiting for the bus to depart. There is indoor and outdoor seating available. Toilets are clean. However, I cannot say that the employees are very helpful...

We traveled from Ljubljana to Florence and our Flixbus line bus arrived right here, a very large bus stop with some benches for passengers to rest.
To leave the place you have to cross through The Florence Gate and since we arrived at dawn, we bought a delicious coffee and some cookies to mitigate our hunger.
As soon as 7 am hit we headed to take the train 20 meters from the place.
Super convenient for us to get to the CENTER of Florence.

Ampia scelta di piatti, schiacciate buonissime e abbondanti. Personale qualificato, veloce e simpatico. Prezzi da autogrill ma ne è valsa la pena.
