I read some reviews and it made me smile. Andrea, the owner, is a "Professional." He has a deep knowledge of the "niche" products he chooses for his establishment, which range from coffee to cocktail mixing to pastries. He's an excellent manager; he's not pushy, but he's serious about his profession and is always available to help you choose the products for sale. Cristina balances Andrea's seriousness with her spontaneity, which creates a harmonious atmosphere throughout the establishment. Their staff are both "serious" and perfect in their roles. Seriousness in carrying out one's work is often mistaken for "unfriendliness," and it's unpleasant to read this from those who are perhaps accustomed to "noisy," unprofessional, and rustic environments. The quality of a establishment is the seriousness with which it offers its professionalism.

The cappuccino was very good, as was the brioche. They also have a wide selection of brioche, both with and without icing. A bonus: there's a wide variety of milks to choose from (coconut, almond, oat, etc.).

A very nice pastry shop with indoor or outdoor seating. The cakes and croissants are very good. Table service is not available. A must-visit for us when we're in Montecatini.

Excellent breakfasts with superior pastries and coffee. A popular meeting place for aperitifs, too. There's also an outdoor area. The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming.
