14/06/2025: Lovely rustic location surrounded by greenery in a quiet and relaxing area outside the town of Camporgiano.
You immediately feel at home, the setting is formal but the welcome is homely: friendly, kind and cordial staff.
I came here for the end-of-year lunch with colleagues from the school and the owners were very kind to open just for us, as well as to prepare a menu for vegans and vegetarians just one day in advance.
It was all delicious and much appreciated, I complimented the cook especially for the fried polenta with porcini mushrooms, but every dish deserved it!
I'm sorry I don't have a photo of the vegetable appetizers but we were very hungry and I didn't have time!
Recommended, I will definitely be back! 👏🏻

13/07/2025: Pizzeria/restaurant on a hill surrounded by woods, the village is called Bottinaccio (Montespertoli), environment with internal room and outdoor tables, there are evenings with dancing and shows, in the evening for dinner it is better to bring a t-shirt 👕 it's a bit chilly
06/07/2025: Don't expect a Michelin star but the food here is decent.
The place is really lost, if you want to get there you have to get lost.
The appetizers are as they come but in the end they are edible... except for the stracchino which was pure poison.
The pizzas from what I saw were good, but the next day guys... half the people were in the bathroom, so I don't know what drug they use. If you have a strong stomach you will love it.
The desserts were too sweet and the slices of watermelon were 2kg each.
If you are looking for a decent comida and you don't want to spend billions, Silvanone is an excellent choice.
The prices for 2025 are really honest.
ps: not putting bread on the table with the appetizers should be considered a crime.

The place is nice and well-kept, but the experience did not meet expectations: we ordered a cutting board, but the quantity was rather limited compared to the price, and the bread bag was dirty, which ruined the overall impression a bit. There is potential, but some details need improvement.

14/06/2025: The restaurant is well managed, the staff is welcoming and helpful. There is an outdoor space. The menu is very varied and abundant. The pizzas are thin but good and very rich in ingredients. The location is not the best but there are many tables.

18/07/2025: The shrimp wontons are filled with real shrimp and eggs, which are fresh and chewy. The fried dumplings are also made with real ingredients, but the skin is not fried to be crispy, so they taste like steamed dumplings. The beef in the beef noodles is braised and stewed separately, and the radish slices used as a side dish are raw. The corn soup has a refreshing broth. It would be even better if there was vinegar, pepper or something like that on the table for seasoning!
16/07/2025: It's really delicious. The wonton noodles and the soup base are very fresh and fragrant. It's so happy to have a warm meal like this! I feel that the chef is a person who respects and loves food

14/04/2025: Posto molto bello, isolato, in un paesaggio tipicamente maremmano. Ampio parcheggio, nessun problema per lasciare le moto. Ad accoglierci un simpatico addetto alla Sala che ci ha fatto subito sentire a nostro agio. Menu ricco, nessuna pressione su cosa scegliere. Il responsabile della sala ci ha Illustrato i vari tipi di carne dando informazioni non scontate e sicuramente interessanti. Abbiamo mangiato un tagliere in tre, e nonostante noi siamo delle ottime forchette, abbiamo fatto quasi fatica a finirlo. Per primo abbiamo preso dei pici cacio e pepe con tartufo. Una delizia! Non abbiamo assaggiato il vino solo perché dovevamo rientrare a Grosseto in motocicletta. Per dolce un’ottima panna cotta. Il conto è stato una sorpresa, meno di 30 € a testa. Non posso far altro che raccomandare questo posto dove sicuramente tornerò. Durante la serata abbiamo anche avuto occasione di parlare col cuoco, Competente e molto simpatico!
29/03/2025: Andati per cena in 3 con intenzioni bellicose.....fiorentina di chianina da 2,5 kg!!!! 3 patate arrosto, 1 cicoria saltata, 2 dolci, bottiglia di Sangiovese in purezza Terenzi e acqua. Sala piena di clienti da servire ma nonostante questo servizio e gentilezza impeccabili! La "ciccia" strepitosa , spolpato anche l'osso!! Bravi a tutto lo staff, continuate così!!!

09/07/2025: We got two mains: the cacio e pepe and the one with the fava beans and both were excellent. The santomisù was a blast and the best part of the night. Our servers, Robert and Adrian, were very attentive to our needs and had good chat. I should not forget to mention the breathtaking view, very romantic and special.
25/02/2025: Solitamente i ristoranti degli alberghi sono modesti; jn questo caso si è, invece, rivelato una piacevole sorpresa.
Si mangiano proposte ispirate alla cucina della tradizione toscana davvero buone.
Adeguata scelta di vini.
Servizio attento e curato.
Consigliato.
