31/08/2025: Positive experience with the food, nothing to complain about. Both the starters and the meat were good. To be honest, I didn't like the coffee, it seemed like it was made with a moka pot, and then the tap water, which you have to pay for, I don't like. So 4 stars for the food, 3 for everything else, I recommend it anyway.

05/08/2025: A restaurant worthy of the beauty and history of Vicopisano. The menu is traditional Tuscan, but with some reinterpretations that demonstrate the chef's skill in pairing ingredients. I recommend the meats and the Maremma carbonara, proudly claimed as the mother of the Roman carbonara. Try it and believe it.

15/10/2025: I ordered takeout pizza via Deliveroo and called the restaurant to ask for an ingredient change (which is done for every order). A rude person with a foreign accent answered the phone and hesitated before replying to my request. He then proceeded to say, "We don't do these things; you'll have to deal with Deliveroo." Unfortunately, there are no options for changing ingredients. Excellent pizza, and the staff are usually very helpful, but not tonight.

The welcome was warm from the first moment; the place is surrounded by nature, perfect for unwinding and enjoying tranquility and relaxation. In just four days, I felt right at home. The property is well-kept, spotlessly clean, with comfortable, quiet rooms. The staff is always friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to Fabio and Cristina, the owners, for their genuine kindness and thoughtfulness: always present, attentive, and ready to make every guest feel truly welcome. And then there's Matteo: with a smile, a piece of advice, a joke... he's the one you need to make your stay special. And then the food... truly excellent! Authentic dishes, cooked with passion and local ingredients. Every dinner was a treat. An experience I will cherish and recommend without hesitation to anyone seeking authenticity, serenity, and authentic flavors. I'll definitely be back!

03/08/2025: One because you can't give a 0, in fact I kindly invite the owner to contact me. Last night we were literally attacked by a customer who was a friend of the waitress and certainly a member of the restaurant. The "Gentleman," a half-hippy alcoholic with a pitbull, started insulting and cursing us. We had just ordered, beers and the girl's juice had just been served, and the bruschetta was still in the kitchen... We had to run away because the tone was so loud and I was afraid he would set his dog on ours... The waitress defended him, asking us to pay and not come back... I should have called the police, but I was too panicked, so I paid.

27/09/2025: As a regular customer who went to get bread almost every day, I always made sure to have change so as not to pay €1.50/€2 by card. When one day I happened to spend around €10, I was forced to pay by card. I wish I'd never done that before: eyes rolled and a huff. As if they hadn't looked like they were dying the other times. Never again. 👋🏻

10/11/2025: I recently moved to the city and have been to many restaurants. As for pizza, I have to say it's the only one who knows how to make it; it's really good. I still have to try the food, but it looks good. Excellent quality and professionalism, I give it five Michelin stars.

30/09/2025: The best kiosk in Florence for porchetta and sandwiches. CLEANLINESS: Despite being an outdoor kiosk, there wasn't a speck of dirt in either the preparation area or the customer area, where the tables are. The plates were clean, the porchetta was kept under a completely sealed cover, the food was protected, and everything was clean and tidy as far as I could see (basically the entire roll-off area where they work). PRODUCTS: I had a porchetta sandwich and a burger. The porchetta was very fresh. They have a truly tasty bag. They served it to me on a delicious bun with generous amounts of filling. The burger was made with fresh meat (I saw it before they cooked it). You can add anything and everything, but it's all made in-house. The bun they put it in for me was toasted to perfection. I also saw that they make the cutlets with breaded and fried meat. Finally, I also got to see the fries he's serving at another customer's: dry and, above all, nice and pale, a sign that they use clean oil for frying here. The ladies serving are kind and friendly, and you can tell they really know their job. The prices are absolutely in line with other kiosks I've tried, although, let me tell you, the food is significantly superior. Go there!

16/09/2025: I went into this place two days ago at night because my restaurant recommendation on the opposite side was closed and le voyage was busy with local people at 10 pm. I did not want to get the lampredotto in the town center so this was my chance. Service was very nice and very patient with my bad Italian. Prices are clearly indicated and I got a lampredotto sandwich and a very big cup of nice white wine for 8,50 Euro. Was nice to hang out in the outdoor seating of his busy place for have and hour. The bread and the meat and the sauce were fresh and super tasty. Cannot compare with other lampredotto places though because it was my first time.
