Very particular welcoming romantic a little expensive but worth it

Hasty booking, one of those somewhat blind choices, as happens in the low season in these parts... The rooms of an old oil mill welcome us, surprisingly bright where nothing is left to chance: bookshop, boutique, even the bar counter, all perfect for waiting for the equipment of the room reserved for our noisy group of pedallers. The need not to gorge ourselves was respected with the proposal of a light menu but capable of enticing us to return. Excellent hot appetizers and amazing tagliatelle (with porcini mushrooms)! And those "with wild boar" excellent! Homemade desserts where the delicately fragrant cantucci definitely stand out! The service, dedicated to us, is accurate and efficient. In short, an experience that definitely deserves a repeat to confirm an excellent opinion shared by the whole group. This time, however, in limited ranks, above all to better adjust the pairings (obviously exceeding the house wine) Until we meet again !

Beautiful place for a drink (literally one of the most beautiful bar areas I've seen in Italy) and dinner.

Easily reachable by car (also because there is free parking in front) this restaurant is actually a container of various activities: bar, bookshop, restaurant, shop. We had lunch in this ancient oil mill and the experience was really positive.

Location meravigliosa, cibo ottimo e servizio nella media. Sarebbe un 5 stelle se non fosse per il conto, piuttosto salato. Rapporto qualità-prezzo da rivedere sopratutto per antipasti e dolci, i cui prezzi risultano sproporzionati rispetto alla pietanza (es.17€ pappa al pomodoro).

Bel posto a Capalbio anche per un aperitivo.Il ristorante è carino, la cucina nella media ed anche i costi nella media di Capalbio e cioè ingiustificatamente alti.I tempi di attesa sono stati esasperanti.

Location 10 e lode. Very radical chic. Casale ai piedi del paese antico, giardino incantato, buon gusto. Servizio eccellente. Menu da rivedere. Fettuccine al cinghiale per nulla degne di nota, polpo abbondante ma accostamenti di dubbia riuscita. Insomma 4 stelle perché l'atmosfera vale la cena ma se dovessi tarare il giudizio sul rapporto qualità/ prezzo della cena il punteggio sarebbe inferiore. Ottimo il paté di fegatini, dolci assolutamente adeguati. Guancia di manzo buona. Vini al calice non del livello che ci si aspetterebbe, vista la struttura.

Posto unico. Si mangia benissimo e si trascorrono serate meravigliose.
