Had lunch yesterday at the restaurant, converted from an old oil mill, furnished and renovated with class, shop and bookshop, possibility to purchase oil and other products, excellent food, impeccable service, excellent price

07/01/2026: Discovered by chance, returning home after the holidays in early January. Truly hospitable, the service was prompt and courteous, and the food was excellent. Mrs. Daniela told us the story of her ancestors and the pasta factory they opened in the late 1800s. I must mention the ricotta and spinach tortelli she made, which are without a doubt the best I've ever tasted, with a delicate ragù. We took some portions home, which I ate again today, finding them superb. The ribollita soup, the lemon veal cutlet, the baked potatoes, and the bruschetta and crostini as appetizers were delicious. Unfortunately, I didn't try the wine because I had to drive. The price was fair. If I may say so, this cuisine certainly reflects passion and a heartfelt craft, and believe me, the result shows. I highly recommend it.
