03/11/2024: Excellent bar where you can find yourself having a delicious but healthy breakfast. The staff is very kind although, when there are many of you, it can take a little time for everyone to be served. The smoothies and their yogurts are recommended.

13/05/2025: Per esigenze di lavoro ho mangiato in questo locale, fino a due anni fa c'era un'altro tipo di accoglienza e qualità. Nelle ultime visite ho notato qualcosa di trascurato e soprattutto le signore /ragazze sono abbastanza scorbutiche e poco pazienti e, a me personalmente, da molto fastidio che abbiano unghie lunghissime e con smalto visto che hanno contatto con generi alimentari. Consiglio personale più empatico visto che anche i prezzi non sono esattamente economici. Lascio recensione per i futuri avventori, considerando che difficilmente mi rivedranno.

27/04/2025: Very accurate and excellent selection of spirits and drinks which are mixed with skill and professionalism, creating pleasant sensations on the palate which stimulate taste and smell. We have never had the opportunity to taste food in this place but we saw pleasantly satisfied people at the tables next to us. The staff is very kind, always smiling and enthusiastic about listing each benandan, its composition and origin of the elements. The restaurant is located in the central area, near the post office and offers a beautiful view of Piazza del Duomo, which is truly suggestive in the evening.

28/02/2025: Not very large but pleasant place with large outdoor space a stone's throw from Pistoia cathedral. Fantastic cuisine for celiacs. Good selection of wines. We went for an aperitif and everything was good from the platters to the desserts.

13/05/2025: Huge potential but cold and rude staff. Unthinkable to sweep and clean the tables when customers are still sitting down to consume. Dated furniture that is starting to show signs of wear.

Dai carciofi fritti, passando per il farrotto con verdure di stagione, alla bavetta di Angus con patate arrosto e per finire una cheesecake! Ottima conclusione di una vacanza in Toscana. Personale di sala e proprietari tutti molto gentili.

There is no possibility of making cups of ice cream and fresh fruit or cups such as coffee affogato, banana split, peach Melba... In short, the classic ice creams that an ice cream parlor with a stall should offer There is also no option to order yogurt. The ice cream shop overlooks the beautiful square (even if it is currently obscured by terrible scaffolding) and is basically suitable for those who just want a cone or a cup.
