09/09/2025: I trusted the rumors, and I was right. I'd been hearing for a while that the pizza here was good, and I have to confirm it. The dough is the kind that makes you taste the difference: light, not sticky, but flavorful and crispy as it should be. The place is simple, without a lot of unnecessary frills, but it's clean and welcoming, and that's what matters. The food is good, the price is right. In a world full of smoke, here's the roast.

24/08/2025: We visited the town where the earthquake hit years ago, we stopped at this pizzeria by chance and had a great time. Excellent pizza, good price, and friendly service.

28/08/2025: I ordered pizza from this restaurant for the first time using Just Eat. Although the delivery was on time and the pizza arrived hot, overall it didn't go as expected (I had high expectations). I spent a whopping €16 for a pizza ("La Saporita") that was far too small and missing even a few ingredients: among the mozzarella, pumpkin, sausage, truffled pecorino cheese, and pepper, the truffled pecorino cheese would justify the steep price. Too bad there was no pepper or pecorino cheese, and it was truly a mini pizza! A real shame, because the pizza was actually good overall...

18/10/2025: We went to the restaurant twice this week for dinner. All seven of us were very impressed by the quality of the food, the friendly service, and the delicious house wine. The value for money is also worth mentioning. I wish I could have that here in Germany.

My friend Mirko and I sometimes go back to Pizza Bomba to get the pizzoni with multiple toppings on top (never more than 3). I have both positive and negative comments. Until this month, October 2025, the pizzone with speck and scamorza + tuna and onion + boscaiola cheese cost €19. Now, the same pizzone costs €21... Not to be stingy, because the pizza is definitely worth the money, but it loses some credibility/trust if they change prices so randomly. It was always sliced ​​and always had the same flavors.

23/10/2025: Fabulous location when you can eat outside overlooking the square. The interior is welcoming, and the staff is friendly and helpful. A typical Tuscan menu with generous, quality portions, plus pizza and appetizers. Reservations are recommended from April to September. Good value for money.

10/10/2025: Very tasty. It's worth checking out the dishes on the blackboard; they're much more interesting than the regular menu. The place overlooks the cathedral and piazza, but doesn't feel like a tourist spot. Fair prices. Negroni for €5!
