18/05/2025: We returned after a particularly positive experience about 2 years ago, with a memorable Florentine steak. This time we ordered a rib eye steak; well, tough, rubbery, full of nerves, a chewing gum. Decent flavor, but nothing exceptional. We pointed it out and practically nothing happened. Someone was supposed to come and talk to us, but no one deigned to. Not a proposal for a replacement, not a dessert offered, not a word of apology, not a discount on the bill. For having consumed a 1.2 kg rib eye steak with American gum between two, two small salads, a 37.5 cl bottle of Chianti, two coffees and a mineral water... Over €90. Never again.

31/05/2025: Amazing location, super friendly staff and Marco is a fantastic cook. Worth a small detour from the via degli Dei and take a rest day by the lovely pool if you have time. There's a fishing lake down the hill you can catch trout for lunch at!

The surrounding environment is very beautiful and also the swimming pool and the rest. 04/04/2025: Given the reviews we decided to go and taste the fried paranza followed by a pizza with fresh sausage and broccoli, we stared and trained our taste buds as we saw a tray of fried paranza passing by at the table next to us, but unfortunately it wasn't like that, after 20 minutes of waiting the lady came apologizing because the frying was finished, and made us shift our attention to an octopus salad and a grilled octopus, in a word inedible, the grilled octopus was hard enough to lose our teeth, the lady's response once she pointed out the problem and that we had to say what cooking we wanted the octopus as if it were a steak, among other things the octopus was also not rinsed. The pizza with broccoli and fresh sausage was passable, the bill was skipped. Experience not to be repeated.

01/06/2025: Sono Enzo da Milano e sono stato a Toscana Firenze, soprattutto in una meravigliosa Antica Osteria Toscana.. Che dire, a primis mi sono sentito come una volta con la cucina dove se mangiato veramente bene, con le paste fresche e carni che hanno una qualità e scelta dove fin ora non ho visto da nessun'altra parte. Servizio e camerieri erano gentili e professionali Ci tornerò di sicuro

19/05/2025: Conosco molto bene il ristorante visto che ho mangiato anche in altre occasioni e sono ritornata visto che ne sentivo la mancanza. Stavolta ho mangiato un pici cacio e pepe con un sapore veramente indimenticabile e come secondo un'ottima tagliata di rubia gallega grassa e saporita,decisamente al sangue,accompagnandola con un calice di Brunello Di Montalicino. Gentilissimi e veloci i camerieri. Grazie per il caffè offerto e alla prossima! 🥩🍝

Superior room with view of the property, clean and welcoming, breakfast for all tastes from homemade desserts to scrambled eggs with bacon and cheese. The agriturismo is well kept, large spaces available to guests, in particular I was struck by the relaxation area in front of the vineyard. I thank Matteo for his immense availability and the hosts! We will return

21/05/2025: Unfortunately, we didn't get the rooms we booked because they were already occupied! We had booked two air-conditioned rooms next to each other in the spa building on the ground floor because my husband has limited mobility. On the first evening, there were no air-conditioned rooms available in the spa building, and we were told something about water damage. But all four rooms in the spa building were occupied (despite the water damage?). The next day, we were given a room in the spa building, but on the first floor; the stairs were difficult for my husband. Our friend only had one very small, dark room during her entire stay, which we hadn't booked! Answer: You may have had water damage, but not in the rooms we booked. The rooms we booked were occupied. Our spa visit wasn't free; we paid €60 for two people and two hours in the spa. We didn't receive a discount on the room either. They simply charged the price for the cheaper room without any further consideration. At our dinner on the first evening, the meat was inedible, and the menu was only half-priced, again without a discount. There was also no discount for the room on the first floor, which was difficult for my husband to reach, who has limited mobility. If you would like to send us a discount, you have our email address.
