06/04/2026: I've had the immense pleasure of dining at Arcobaleno several times, both with friends and family and at various social gatherings. Yesterday, Easter Sunday, was the very last time I dined at the restaurant, and without exaggeration, I can confidently say that each visit is better than the last: Riccardo, the chef, is constantly looking for new dishes to offer his guests and is full of inspiration. The dishes he prepares are not only delicious, but meticulously crafted, the portions are generous, and the staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.
I always return with immense pleasure and always recommend the restaurant, which for years has become a benchmark in the restaurant industry throughout the island.
