27/06/2025: We entered by pure chance and led by curiosity into this small pastry shop in the center of Viareggio, disappearing a real gem. The choice of mignon is enormous to say the least, as is that of the single portions and pastries. We had a single portion with raspberries (last photo) which was something mystical, with a cream that looked like a cloud and combinations of fruit and other flavors that made you want to eat more, but also a strudel, a little revisited, but still very good, with a light note of lemon, which breaks the traditional very sweet taste. I would gladly go back. The single portions are €6 each and the pastries are €2, normal prices for the quality of the products.

14/06/2025: Ho comprato stasera una torta per il compleanno di mio figlio. Ordinata stamattina , ritirata in serata. Gentilissima l 'addetta alla cassa. Tornato a caso dopo cena, abbiamo aperto la crostata . Sinceramente sono rimasto molto deluso per una crostata x 12 persone pagata 90 euro.. Ma non discuto assolutamente il prezzo.Mi è sembrato più di aver comprato 2 kili di frutta che una torta da due chili. Tanta frutta , anke buona , ma con i torsoli, a 2/4 strati , che praticamente affogava il.picclo strato di pasta frolla e la crema . Vado spesso in questa pasticceria a mangiare una sfoglia a colazione, che è eccezionale , ma credo che non andrò mai più a comprare la frutta con la crostata sotto.

07/07/2025: Beautiful rustic, traditional restaurant; conveniently located on the road as we needed lunch on our drive- it’s not your ordinary stop over spot which is what makes it also a plus!😌 Food was amazing; flavour, service and timing was great. We were there around 3pm on Monday so it was very quiet which we loved. Highly recommend! Must be such a vibrant energy during the busy times.

08/08/2025: Don't hesitate any longer. Step inside, past the flower shop, and indulge in culinary delights. Podere 39 was one of the finest places we ate in Italy. The cuisine is refined, delicious, simply magnificent. What made the experience even better, however, was the atmosphere: cozy, very relaxed, and warm, like being in someone's home. The service was friendly and genuine. Wonderful. One small caveat: it's quite a bit more expensive than elsewhere. Anyway, forget the city center. Come here and enjoy.

22/06/2025: Veramente mi stupisco delle brutte recensioni. Sono anni che frequento il locale e compro pizza da asporto ... Prezzi equi e qualità dei prodotti, gentilezza e cordialità. Mangio pizza anche in altri locali ma x me quest è ottima. Se così n fosse, sarebbe inspiegabile l affluenza al locale...non solo il fine settimana solo il fine settimana.

19/06/2025: I was at **Ca' del Gusto** yesterday (practically a stone's throw from the seafront, not even a kilometer!) and I can say that they have VERY GOOD grilled meat. Among the best I've ever tasted in the area! 🔥🥩 The meat was very tender, tasty just right... a delight for the palate! The place is also spacious, with a perfect exterior even if you have children in tow because they can play without problems 👶🎮 When I return to the area I will definitely bring my friends **Rating:** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Recommended👍🔝

28/06/2025: Too bad. We had been there two years ago and had eaten a memorable risotto. The same dish, tonight, was something else entirely. Even the so-called cutting board was below average for what you can taste in the area. Too bad, really.
