02/08/2024: Excellent pizza by the slice with fresh ingredients. Quick and kind service. Great place for a quick break with tables outside and inside available to eat.

09/07/2024: Small place, few seats, very kind and welcoming and the pizza is excellent, absolutely worth it!

13/08/2024: One of my favorite places in Pisa. It is located right in front of the beautiful square and the staff is very kind (which is not so obvious in Tuscany). I especially like their "frozen" kefir and rufella cream.

11/08/2024: I wanted to try the ice cream from this ice cream shop, attracted by the philosophy praised for the choice of raw materials and for the processing of the ice cream. The location of the shop is slightly off-centre from the pedestrian area, but still overlooks one of the most beautiful and greenest squares in Pisa. Outside there are also tables for eating. Having said all this, I went in with great expectations but in truth I was quite disappointed. The ice cream melted immediately and had a watery consistency and the taste was nothing special. However, I will absolutely try again to give it a second chance also because the ice cream shop has an excellent reputation and all this seems rather strange to me.

27/08/2024: Rustic environment, immersed in a typical Maremma landscape. The location appears intimate and not too sophisticated, the prices not too high, while the proximity of the airport, however, often creates loud noises. The service is a bit inconsistent, young waiters who however communicate little with each other and therefore some distractions; in my case the pizza took a long time to arrive, while everyone else had already finished their meal. The pizza was generously seasoned and tasty, the fried food was not excessively greasy and the fish was of high quality.

Rating 9. I have to spend two more lines for the baked potatoes which I struggle to remember being so good in the last 50 years: rating 10, to drive from outside the region to try them (and try them again). 14/08/2024: Agosto 2024.. locale con atmosfera carina e buona accoglienza, servizio gentile e piacevole. Il menù presenta una scelta limitata e questo fa immaginare una elevata qualità di quanto proposto. Abbiamo preso un coniglio porchettato che è arrivato secca senza minimo di salsa di cottura. Poi stracotto di vacca maremmana che ci è stato consigliato dal cameriere ma che era asciutto asciutto e duro, completamente diverso dalle immagini del menu, dov'era accompagnato da un fondo e da sugo. Antipasto di involtini di zucchina cruda ripieni di formaggio fuori menu a 15 euro, ossia il costo del secondo. Nel complesso non alla altezza di quanto proposto

04/09/2024: Piccola pizzeria a taglio che produce anche pane! :) La pizza a taglio che fanno è fine (alla toscana) e condita con vari gusti, hanno davvero tanta varietà nel loro menù! Inoltre, fanno anche pizza alla pala. Il personale è sempre molto cortese e sorridente, e i prezzi sono assolutamente in linea con la concorrenza. Continuate cosi! :)
