A key ingredient for success.
Stefania is a winner and has a very capable manager.
What could be improved? The male staff lack empathy for the environment they work in: cold, never smiling, and lacking vivacity.
The baristas' attire needs attention.
The outside area is a bit cold, in my opinion.
I don't remember if it's there, but the door leading to the back of the lab should be closed.
I was distracted by Stefania's eyes and smile.

17/10/2025: We came for a dinner with friends to celebrate a birthday. Excellent food. The Pertini parking lot at the Cathedral is convenient, just a few steps from the restaurant. The only downside is the slowness in bringing chilled wines. If you choose a wine to be served chilled, I think they put it in the blast chiller first and then bring it. That was the only downside, a shame. The desserts are amazing.

Good shrimp salad with fruit, excellent fried food too.
For 6 people + one child, €340.00, which is fair considering both fish and wine.

16/10/2025: A beautiful place, with a lovely patio in the summer. The pizza by the meter, in particular, is exceptional. The pasta dishes are fabulous, including the gnocchi with truffles, a must-try, and the truffle risotto is equally delicious. The meat selection is excellent, and the owners and staff are incredibly friendly. Since I've been working in the area, it's become our (and my colleagues') favorite restaurant.
12/10/2025: I didn't like it at all, I'm still feeling unwell, the panzanella inside was raw and the pizza wasn't good

23/10/2025: Very well stocked pastry shop where the pastries are really good. It's a shame that it's a bit narrow inside and fills up quickly (luckily). However, you can sit comfortably outside in the small outdoor terrace.
12/10/2025: The best pastry shop in Florence! The quality of the products is superb and the staff are incredibly friendly. I highly recommend it!

01/11/2025: It's a bar that lives up to its reputation—very welcoming, for sure—but the decor has had its day, and it's not perfectly clean. There's a nice counter full of pastries and savory treats of all kinds and to suit all tastes, a bar full of aperitif options, and a well-stocked tobacco shop. Maybe a little cleaner wouldn't hurt.

05/11/2025: Super delicious pizza! We had the one with kale (black cabbage), pecorino, and sausage. My husband had a pizza with onion, sausage, and hazelnut. Both were very good. The crust was excellent—nice and thin, crispy, and flavorful. Friendly waitress, nice and cozy place. But the pizzas were the star of the evening!

18/11/2025: A comfortable restaurant just off the highway, with friendly staff. Very good food made with local ingredients and homemade desserts. Prices are reasonable.
17/11/2025: Convenient for those traveling on the highway, as it's close to the toll booth.
It has ample parking and is connected to the hotel.
Once inside, you'll be enveloped in a charming vintage atmosphere. If you prefer, you can dine inside vintage cars.
The service is very attentive and fast.
The maître d' is extremely professional.
You can sample typical Tuscan dishes.
The wine list is excellent and varied.
The only drawback is the Florentine steak, which is quite tough to chew.

If you want gelato (there are tons of flavors), this is the place to go on the Lido di Camaiore seafront.
One thing we appreciated, being on vacation in June, is that there's a larger selection of gelato and, most importantly, there's no 15-20 minute line like there is when vacationers are busy in July and August.

22/10/2025: I got savory crêpe with Stracchino, rocket, and prosciutto crudo was absolutely delicious — perfectly balanced, fresh, and made with care. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The place has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

I was assisted by Aurora, a competent, cheerful, helpful woman, always ready to offer advice to satisfy the customer.
The cake was delivered to my home, and all my guests were amazed by its deliciousness.
I'm happy and would recommend her to anyone.
The price is worth the quality of the service💞
