19/05/2025: Passed by Sunday early afternoon, since the window had mostly mignon, I was attracted by a Sicilian cannolo with a tag that said CANNOLO SICILIANO. Nice to eat but I immediately realized that it was not ricotta cream. I asked at the counter and they confirmed that the filling was also made with cream. Please ..... don't call it Sicilian ...

18/05/2025: Excellent pastry shop. Very high quality and wide selection. Very helpful, they prepared a birthday cake for me as I wanted even though I called them with very little notice.

11/05/2025: Unbelievable service and the best pastries in Arezzo and maybe in all of Italy. The best coffee in town too! Make this a destination if you find yourself in Arezzo.

Ritrovare la gentilezza e attenzione non è scontato. invece atena entrati e con tanta gente da servire il sorriso e il saluto come se fossi una cliente di tutte le domeniche. il gateau e lo zuccotto sono superlativi. …… ma anche bere un ottimo caffè. grazie mille …..alla prossima

12/05/2025: ¡TERRIBLE SERVICIO Y COMPORTAMIENTO! Fuimos a comer a ese restaurante pizza de pasta y filete. El servicio era muy lento y solo uno hablaba inglés, pero no nos apegamos a eso. Estuvimos esperando más de media hora pizza y filete que lo hemos pedido medio a bien. Cuando llegó el filete estaba completamente CRUDO como lo compras directamente de la carnicería. Lo enviamos de vuelta para que fuera medio y volvió crudo con mucha sangre, pero lo peor fue que una señora mayor vino directamente de la cocina (el chef😂) y gritando con el plato diciendo que es imposible hacerlo como lo pedimos y no pueden cocinarlo más (por supuesto en idioma italiano). Pedimos pagar inmediatamente y por supuesto al final le cobraron 22 €. Qué lástima por este tipo de negocios en 2025. Comportamiento inaceptable sobre todo de la anciana que salía y gritaba a los clientes.
