The staff is professional, proactive, and attentive to customer requests. The spaces are well-maintained, tidy, and spotlessly clean. The savory Colomba cake? An amazing treat! Absolutely worth trying.

24/12/2025: I’ve only ever tried bagels around Europe but have heard how good they can be from Americans, made me think bagels were just an average food and Americans are tastebud-challenged. Now I get the hype, these bagels are incredible, I come back every time I’m in town!

25/03/2026: A very unique place in the oldest part of Sorano. It's a bit tricky to get to, but once you enter, it's wonderful. Part of the place is a cave, and the space is very small with only a few seats, so book in advance. Top-quality food, a few dishes but of a high standard, and very unique; the vine leaf rolls are delicious. The owner recommends wines to accompany the dishes; he's super helpful and very courteous. When you're in the area, stopping by this restaurant is definitely worth it.

The place is small and cozy, with a pleasant atmosphere and very friendly staff, always available to explain and recommend all the dishes. I've tried something different every time and have always loved everything! I will definitely be back with great pleasure!

10/04/2026: A truly excellent Ethiopian restaurant. The atmosphere was authentic and the dishes were carefully prepared, but the real highlight was the lamb, flavorful and perfectly spiced.

07/10/2025: A well-stocked bar, but the coffees are the highlight! Perhaps one of the only places in Livorno that serves specialty coffee. I attended a class on the sensory analysis of coffee, and it was a very informative and fun two hours. A great starting point for exploring the world of coffee!

15/11/2025: It was great when we ate pizza and pasta, and then we also got delicious desserts, washed down with homemade limoncello... 🤯 The woman told me to add about the delicious cheesecake, which was oozing with salted caramel 🤎 The pizzaiolo was wonderful, and the lady made our culinary dreams come true. Final rating: 11/5, but you can only click 5 stars, I recommend it. 🇵🇱🇮🇹

11/11/2025: We really liked this place. It's what we call "cheap and cheerful" back home. It's not fancy but the food is solid and the staff are lovely. If I had a restaurant like it in my locale, I would eat there regularly.

23/03/2026: We returned after a while because we had good memories and the prices were reasonable, but this last time I think I paid too much for what we got. Too bad.

07/04/2026: We were staying outside Bivigliano during the Via degli Dei, so it was very difficult to get to the restaurant. Niccolò, the chef and owner, made himself available immediately: he picked us up and dropped us off free of charge (a 10-15 minute drive). He was punctual, kind, and very approachable from the start. The restaurant is truly beautiful and well-kept. The parents welcomed us with great warmth, and we immediately felt at ease. We ate very well: burgers, baked potatoes, pizza, and chicken—everything was delicious and carefully prepared. We also chatted during the trip, and he gave us helpful advice and exchanged anecdotes about the Via degli Dei. On our way back, he even stamped our credentials. You can tell they're passionate about it. Services and availability like this are not a given. Highly recommended.

05/04/2026: Staying in the area during the Via degli Dei hike, we dined at Chalet Numero 5, and the experience was truly rejuvenating. Since we were on foot, we greatly appreciated the owners' helpfulness, who came to pick us up and then took us back to our accommodation. The cuisine is excellent and comprehensive: in addition to a truly delicious pizza, we sampled first courses, second courses, and desserts, leaving us completely satisfied with every course. A fundamental reference point for hikers and anyone seeking quality and human warmth. Highly recommended!

07/12/2025: Birthday party. 14 of us arrived, table reserved for 9 PM. We sat down at 10 PM and ordered at 10:10 PM. The pizzas began arriving in threes from 11 PM until 11:30 PM. I can't rate the food because eating a pizza at 11:30 PM is not something you should do. Total bill: €442, €30 per person. It's a shame because the concept behind some of the pizzas could have been interesting. The desserts were excellent.
