One of two really top quality/rated gelaterias in town, wins by being open even in February. Solid taste options and quality ingredients, paired with a good civic mindset. Big park nearby to facilitate your strolling but also some seats

Original and really tasty gelato, with lots of interesting and rare flavours. The woman working there seemed to be novice though and she was alone.

For me, it's the best gelateria in Pisa and even beyond! This is real craftsmanship and is made with natural ingredients. The offered flavors, some of which are very original, change seasonally, but there are always the classics as well. In the summer, it's open until midnight, so you can enjoy ice cream late into the evening. Right next door is a very nice little park with benches to linger on. While I was living in Pisa, I stopped by several times a week for ice cream and always tried new, great flavors... but for me, the unbeatable ones are Fondente, Pistacchio, and Fior di Latte...
