30/10/2025: Sperone Nudo, Pienza The historic center of Pienza is very nice and pleasant to visit for a day! However, I strongly advise you to be careful when choosing a restaurant; sometimes there are bad cooks! For this Sperone Nudo restaurant, the "PARMIGIANA DI MELANZANE DELLA CHIANA" is definitely not recommended! The eggplant was so dry it was only 3 mm thick, just skin! A disgrace! My wife didn't eat it! This vegetarian dish was very bad! Definitely not recommended! A very bad experience! Quite disappointed by this restaurant; the place is certainly pretty, but despite appearances, the quality is not there! Quality that was lacking! The dishes were not good and too expensive! The portions were minimal! Strongly not recommended!!!

29/10/2025: Incredible food, the best meal I had in Italy, impeccable!!! The food was very typical of the Tuscany region, but prepared with refinement. The experience is well worth it. We were extremely well attended to by the owner, who was helpful and attentive in every way, explaining the dishes in detail. The gastronomic experience will remain in my memory forever, thank you.

12/11/2025: The staff is young, capable, and very welcoming. The atmosphere is rustic, without unnecessary frills. The dishes are all delicious, and the portions are more than satisfying. The prices are more than reasonable for the menu. Plus, the restaurant is practically a stone's throw from the city center.

12/10/2025: Just arrived in Florence and looking for a cheap meal. Stumbled upon PaStation and had a Capriciosa Pinsa. It was absolutely delicious with heaps of topping, more olives than I’ve had on any pizza. The staff whilst busy busy were very helpful and very nice. This restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and reasonable prices. We will definitely be back.

15/09/2025: Crossing the threshold of this pastry shop means entering a temple of taste, a Sienese institution where tradition meets excellence. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, reminiscent of a historic establishment, a melting pot of intoxicating aromas that anticipate the experience. Service is generally a waltz of courtesy and smiles, although during our visit, at a busy time, one diner noted a certain haste in clearing his table. A small flaw in an otherwise impeccable experience and truly commendable value.

27/06/2025: Very disapointed. Poor service. I was waiting with my family for more than 15 minutes and have been ignored by staff all that time. There was no other customers so there was no excuse to not to serve us. Avoid

04/10/2025: I went to this restaurant for a business dinner with some vegetarians. I had a mixed menu, a vegetarian appetizer, octopus, and a vegetarian dessert. I found everything exceptional, especially the appetizer and dessert. I must admit, I wouldn't have expected such a delicious vegan dessert. The service was excellent, and the evening was very enjoyable. I'd recommend it. Five stars, because in Siena, restaurants offering a different kind of cuisine, with very good dishes, and perhaps even vegetarian options, aren't often found. The prices are typical of a restaurant. It's not like you'd expect them to be a trattoria.

19/09/2025: A charming location, perfect for enjoying an aperitif among the olive trees. The place is well-kept, clean, and tidy. The staff is knowledgeable about the menu and are the first to taste their dishes, able to explain their composition and offer pairings if you're unsure. The wine selection is good, and the staff is equally knowledgeable about their presentation. A pleasant discovery. We'll definitely return.

03/10/2025: We went to this restaurant in the evening. The "all you can eat" meal costs €29 per person. The problem is that this is false: in fact, most dishes are limited in number when ordering on a tablet, especially the expensive ones. The food is average, but this lie is unacceptable: you can't eat as much as you want despite the high price of the meal.

04/10/2025: On my bike ride down the wine route, I was drawn to Bolgheri Green by the good music and sculptures, and I spontaneously stopped. The place has a magical quality. The ambiance is wonderful; I was very impressed by the diverse sculptures and the decor. The service was very friendly and pleasantly personable. The outdoor kitchen looks fantastic, and the food tasted great and was beautifully presented...my favorites were the fermented onions 😍 on the hummus, the farm's own olives (unfortunately, only two), and the natural white wine "Fly Down 2024."

08/11/2025: The most beautiful pastry shop in Livorno. A large counter that's always fresh and varied. The staff, in impeccable uniforms, is always attentive and professional. They're always ready to offer advice. It's not cheap, but the products are excellent, delicious. The chocolate is unbeatable. From savory to sweet, everything is prepared with extreme care, everything is excellent. Their pastries are well-filled, which is also why they seem more expensive; a tray of theirs weighs much more than a similarly sized one purchased elsewhere.

10/11/2025: I'd already been to this magical place with two couples of friends and it was a fantastic weekend! Now, 15 years later, I'm back with my husband and I must say it's a real pleasure, absolutely nothing has changed! It feels like paradise: immersed in nature in a place where old-fashioned values ​​prevail, starting with the delicious meals served at large tables, where you have the chance to meet new people every day. There are no TVs in the rooms, and there's no internet service (only in the reception) or phone signal (only TIM). In the evenings, everyone gathers around the fireplace: some play cards or board games, others play guitar, or, in our case, we all found ourselves roasting chestnuts in the fireplace together. The horseback rides are wonderful, from two-hour excursions to multi-day treks. It's absolutely one of the most beautiful places I've ever been; even solo travelers feel completely at ease in the group. I plan to return soon.. I definitely won't wait another 15 years!!

09/11/2025: An oasis of peace surrounded by nature We spent a few days at Agriturismo Il Cornacchino and were thrilled! The place is simply enchanting: immersed in greenery, surrounded by woods and animals, it offers a bucolic and carefree atmosphere, perfect for truly unwinding. The property is meticulously maintained, the rooms clean and welcoming, and the cuisine excellent—simple, authentic, and rich in authentic flavors. We also loved the selection of local spirits at the bar, truly unique! A huge plus is the kindness and warmth of the staff, always available and smiling, who make you feel right at home. Furthermore, Il Cornacchino is dog-friendly: our dog Ozzy had a blast running free and playing in the nature… a true vacation for him too! The location is strategic for visiting the area's main attractions, such as Pitigliano, Sorano, Sovana, Saturnia, and San Casciano dei Bagni. We also tried the riding experience: I rode a horse for the first time and they took me into the woods—an unforgettable moment, in direct contact with nature and these beautiful animals. In short, a perfect stay between nature, relaxation, and adventure. We'll definitely be back! 🌿🐴🐶 See you soon, Maria, Ennio, and Ozzy

26/09/2025: I tried the Croatian Steak and it was a real surprise! 🥩🇭🇷 The meat is incredibly tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked, with that char-grilled aroma that makes it irresistible. Served with simple yet tasty side dishes, it maximizes the authentic flavor of the meat. A dish that combines quality, tradition, and authenticity: a must-try for lovers of good food! I also tried the Donna Olimpia, and I must say it won me over! 🍷 The Donna Olimpia is an elegant and complex wine that expresses the authentic character of the Tuscan Maremma. On the nose, it releases intense aromas of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, and light balsamic notes. On the palate, it is soft and enveloping, with well-integrated tannins and a pleasant freshness that balances the structure. The finish is long, harmonious, and persistent. A wine with great personality, ideal for pairing with red meats, game, and aged cheeses, but also capable of shining on its own, as a stand-alone wine.

09/08/2025: We don't like to leave negative reviews, but in this case we felt compelled to do so because the experience didn't live up to our expectations. Since we don't particularly favor all-you-can-eat restaurants, we always carefully choose authentic Japanese restaurants, and looking at the reviews and prices, our expectations were different. The dishes didn't justify the asking prices. To give a concrete example: the salmon trout pictured, a fish that's normally reasonably priced, cost us more than €20. That said, beyond our expectations, the service still disappointed us. The owner, who is also the only chef and waiter, has to take care of everything, resulting in long wait times. When we arrived, two tables were already occupied, and we had to wait 40 minutes for the appetizer (the one pictured) and the same amount for another course each.

03/08/2025: We found this small Asian restaurant by chance, and I must say it was a pleasant surprise. It has limited seating and is very well-maintained. Good food and excellent Italian sake. What struck me most is that the owner works alone... with a wonderful sense of tranquility that permeates the air. I highly recommend this restaurant. Congratulations
