14/05/2026: This is the ideal perch to explore the highlights of Tuscany from. The rooms are clean and budget friendly, excellent value, but what really stands out is the service. Carolina was so helpful on everything from sight seeing to parking logistics. She made us feel like family. Oh and never skip the breakfast. It is quite a spread. 10/10 would stay here again.

We ate here for two days: the first day, spaghetti with clams, delicious and well-made; the second, spaghetti with seafood, even better, truly flavorful. The pastiera was fantastic, not to be missed. The owner is very friendly, and the atmosphere is genuine and authentic. A simple place where you eat well and have a great time. Recommended!

17/12/2025: A pleasant discovery in the center of Prato. A warm, cozy, and welcoming atmosphere, light background music, and small tables positioned to let diners chat. The menu seems to fit perfectly with the setting; all the products are locally sourced, with a focus on vegetarian options and refined yet simple ingredients. Prices are reasonable, and the dishes are beautifully crafted, refined, and delicate on the palate. The photos speak for themselves; the noodles are delicious, and the slow-cooked pumpkin is a feast for the taste buds. We'll be back soon 😉

23/11/2025: Perfect bistro for brunch or lunch. The low music and limited seating create a quiet, relaxed atmosphere, just like home. I appreciate the limited menu, which ensures consistently fresh, high-quality ingredients. They offer seasonal, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. The dishes are beautiful to look at and delicious to eat. We also tried shirataki and nasi goreng, which were excellent! The service was also impeccable: prompt and courteous. I recommend booking, especially on weekends.

24/12/2025: I’ve only ever tried bagels around Europe but have heard how good they can be from Americans, made me think bagels were just an average food and Americans are tastebud-challenged. Now I get the hype, these bagels are incredible, I come back every time I’m in town!

03/06/2026: I can highly recommend visiting this campsite – it's absolutely beautiful! All the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially at reception. Our children and we had an incredible time at the playground with Uncle Luca! We'll miss you, but we've already planned to come back next year; our children don't want to go anywhere else on holiday now.

01/06/2026: The most beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed from the west-facing, terraced campsite. The restaurant offers wonderful food, and the shop is open almost 24/7. The people who run this place are very friendly. In the evening, the lesser owl whistles from the huge pine tree, which enhances the holiday feeling even more. Thank you!

It's definitely not fine dining, but a wonderfully rustic eatery with the typical Italian charm of a true trattoria. Genuine Craftsmanship from the Wood-Fired Oven: The absolute highlight of the restaurant is the pizza. It's freshly prepared and baked in a beautiful, traditional wood-fired oven right before your eyes. The oven itself is integrated into the dining area and, with its "10 + 10" inscription, perfectly complements the rustic ambiance. The pizza arrives with a wonderfully crispy, slightly airy crust and a perfectly balanced spiciness from the salami and salsiccia – absolutely fantastic flavor! The gnocchi in tomato sauce, however, were less convincing: While technically perfectly fine, they were unfortunately rather bland and could have used a bit more seasoning and zest. The tomato salad served beforehand was simple but fresh, dressed with good olive oil and vinegar. Prices & Atmosphere: This restaurant is absolutely unbeatable in terms of price. A complete meal for two – consisting of a salad to start, a large pizza, a pasta dish, beer, and a finishing espresso – came to just €31. A phenomenal value for money, rarely found these days. The restaurant is cozy, with its brick arches, and exudes a very welcoming, family atmosphere. The waiters are extremely friendly, attentive, and typically Italian in their warmth. The fact that the restaurant is already packed at lunchtime – especially with many locals and workers from the surrounding area – speaks volumes about the consistent quality and honest cuisine. Conclusion: A wonderfully authentic slice of Livorno. For a fantastic wood-fired pizza and unbeatable value for money, this is a clear recommendation!

23/02/2026: Terrible experience with a birthday cake. First call: we asked what weight was indicated for ten people and they told us one kilo. Second: we asked for a cake for about ten people. When we went to pick it up, we discovered that the cake weighed two kilos (€90) and that the person who answered the phone had written to their colleagues that it was for 15 people. We pointed out that two kilos would still have been too much for 15 guests. At that point, they changed the instructions from the phone, explaining that it costs €6 per person, so the weight parameter was no longer used. The problem was that the birthday was that evening, and it was impossible for us to change the cake at that point (much less for them to offer us an alternative or a discount). So we had to order it anyway. The icing on the cake, it must be said, was that we had also asked over the phone if it was possible to have it without nuts or walnuts. They said it was no problem. When, resigned, we left with the two-kilo cake, we read on the ingredients sheet that it might contain traces of tree nuts or walnuts. Only then did they offer to exchange it for a smaller one, but it would still contain those traces. So it wouldn't have made sense. So some guests didn't eat a cake that was also too big. A disaster. Oh, and the cake was good, on par with those other good bakeries in the city, which we'll try next time.

16/02/2026: My wife bought some vegan pasta, I have to say it's the first time I've found flavours of a level comparable to non-vegan ones, and with a good choice too.
