Everything was excellent. The pizza was top-quality, incredibly tasty, and easy to digest. The service was even better than the pizza. We had booked outside because it was the only available seating, but once we arrived, they seated us inside (asking us to hurry) so we wouldn't get cold.
They were really kind. Everything was super good.

I went for takeout pizzas. You can choose between thick crust or thin crust. The dough is really good, I can't wait to go back. The staff is friendly. The atmosphere is very pleasant, well-kept but casual, and you can also eat outside. Free parking is available in front and nearby.

A nice little pizzeria with fairly young but friendly staff. We had to wait a bit because it was busy, but it was worth it. The pizza was delicious. The price was also reasonable... 2 pizzas and 2 Cokes Zero for €28.50. We'd gladly come back.

Gentlemen, this is a truly remarkable pizzeria. I had the opportunity to try their pizza verace, a contemporary Neapolitan pizza that's anything but simple to make: firstly, due to the high hydration of the dough and, secondly, the use of a wood-fired oven. Baking multiple pizzas with a 78% hydration level in this type of oven requires a great deal of experience: either you're really well-versed, or you risk serving your customer an undercooked or burnt pizza. And they, I can say without a doubt, are truly expert.
The cooking was exemplary and resulted in a superb pizza, thanks in part to the quality flours and impeccable dough management. Congratulations indeed: if you want a true contemporary Neapolitan pizza in Montecatini, this is the place to go.

Nice place and staff. We didn't have a reservation and they accommodated us. The only complaint is that the bacon on my pizza was almost charred, black. I hope it's a coincidence for them
