Bolgheri Green has become one of my favorite places for aperitivo! The garden is meticulously maintained. The venue's design is superb, with an exterior that seamlessly blends in with the surrounding nature. The cocktail menu is basic, but the selection is truly excellent. The hummus and Japanese egg are sublime... heavenly! The platter is a bit sparse, but still delicious. The service is very friendly and attentive. I hope to return soon! ✨

A beautifully maintained location surrounded by greenery, a dream location. Super friendly service. The food is 5-star, the special pan, and I don't think I need to waste any words on the wine. Relax.

21/02/2026: A top-notch pizzeria. A tidy place with a relaxing atmosphere, a spacious back patio, and pizzas made with five different doughs, all available—and for that alone, it's truly outstanding. My partner and I tried two different doughs and two different pizzas (vegan with charcoal dough, and cooked with mushrooms and spicy salami with chia and seed dough). Both pizzas were exceptionally well-balanced, with top-quality ingredients, generous toppings, and perfectly cooked. The crust alone could be a superb schiacciata: flavorful, with just the right consistency, alternating crispiness and elasticity. In short, everything was truly perfect. I wanted to post a photo of the pizza, but by the time I remembered I had to make it, I'd already finished it... Congratulations, well done!
