16/11/2025: I frequent the très joli bar quite often. Everything from sweet to savory is excellent, and the coffee is top-notch. Go there and you'll see the deliciousness and quality.

19/10/2025: So good that we visited 2 days in succession. Very good arancini with ragu, and also we had 2 hot filled bread snacks I cannot name but nicely filled one with ham and one with spinach. A Splendid range of quality small cakes/desserts. We had 4 between 2. All good but the almond pastry with cream filling was truly excellent Plus friendly service and 2 good value cocktails. And surprisingly inexpensive. Ideal!

21/11/2025: The pizza was very good. The atmosphere was very quaint and rural. They made a mistake with one pizza, but they corrected it and brought her a new one.

14/11/2025: Excellent restaurant. We dined at this restaurant three nights during a business trip to the area. Compliments to the chef: the dishes are expertly prepared, beautifully presented, and delicious. The pizzas are also excellent. The wait staff is knowledgeable and ready to satisfy guests' requests. Highly recommended.

14/10/2025: The special breakfasts are truly special. Wide selection; everything you buy is high-quality. The special croissant with Chantilly cream is truly sublime. The granitas are also creamier than average, with soft, tasty brioches. The prices are above average, but reasonable for the quality. The only disappointing thing is the service; every time you ask what the breakfast items are filled with, it never once matches the truth. A piece of advice: it would be very helpful to put up a prominent sign listing each breakfast item, especially the "specials," and how it's filled. This would allow customers to choose their own, even before their turn. This would also speed up the service and save the counter staff time.

10/10/2025: After a rather cold welcome, we had an aperitif on the terrace and stayed to eat, looking at the plates on the tables. And we did well, it was very good.

06/09/2025: In short, it was simply fantastic. And that would be an understatement. The brioche was the best I've eaten in Sicily. The little rolls with olives were simply fantastic. The granita, which we had to be persuaded to try, was simply delicious. But the best part was the lady who worked there: she didn't speak English, but we understood each other. She was so friendly, smiled the whole time, and even opened the room with chairs and tables for us, even though it was actually still closed. Thank you so much, it was great!

21/10/2025: I had the pleasure of attending an event at Certosa dei Cavalieri and was enchanted. The location is simply stunning: elegant, surrounded by greenery, and meticulously maintained. The outdoor spaces are perfect for an al fresco reception, while the indoor rooms flawlessly combine sophistication and comfort.

02/11/2025: We all loved the pizzas, very soft on the edges and thin in the center. Fresh ingredients and a nice mix of flavors. I would have liked the pizza to be smaller and thinner. The mozzarella was too firm for my taste. But it was very good. I would recommend cleaning the bathroom more frequently, however, as it's the only one in the place, and it was already unusable at the beginning of the evening. The atmosphere is pleasant and the decor is very nice.

12/10/2025: A place run by friendly and professional young people. Always cheerful and courteous to everyone. The staff is all incredibly friendly. The pizzas are truly superb, with a light and crispy dough and top-quality ingredients. What more can I say? Go and you'll be back. Everything is wonderful.

03/11/2025: The bar is one of those businesses where the relationship with the customer, since so many come in, must be cordial and welcoming. In this bar, the person at the cash register represents the complete opposite, with no greetings and a rude attitude. Let's move on to the rest: cream roll at 9:00 in the morning (the only one in the hot food display) dry in the dough, it seemed like it was not from the day before. I paid attention to everything to the counter clerk while I was speaking, and he anticipated me by stating these words: it's cold and dry, isn't it? Well, why didn't you change it then? As a gentleman, I didn't ask for anything else; they would have done it because it was inedible, all of this just a few centimeters from the person at the cash register who didn't lift a finger. I hope I don't suffer any food poisoning. I do not recommend this bar for the various reasons stated.

20/10/2025: First and last time... eternity of waiting times, grumpy owner, somewhat disoriented waiters! More than half an hour to order two pizzas in a half-empty restaurant, another half an hour goes by and nothing! In the end, they tell us that due to a mix-up we still have to wait! So we decided to get up and leave... I don't recommend it.

26/10/2025: A very well-kept place where you can eat well and, above all, have excellent value. The first time I ate there, I thought they'd given us the wrong receipt given the low price. I'm not surprised it's very popular. The only downside is that tables are spaced a hand's breadth apart on busy days, but Carusi, think of it as an excuse to make friends with the people around you.

26/10/2025: The pizzas are always excellent, but for some time now they have been smaller than the plate... perhaps the pizza chef has changed.
