08/03/2025: We celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday, a wonderful evening, highly qualified staff, excellent dishes, also taking care of the guests who for various reasons had not tasted anything from the chosen menu, in fact no one remained hungry. Everything was decorated with attention to detail in a beautiful and elegant way. The owners were available and attentive to everything and everyone. It was all perfect! We ate there, super Valentine's Day menu that is yesterday... what can I say, simply wonderful from the polite staff, to the owner of the house as well as Carmelo and his whole family who are wonderfully kind, they satisfied us in everything... they know how to do it great! We had fun, we also danced, ate great, everything was excellent, freshly prepared, genuine stuff! So the eye also wants its part... see you next time 😘

24/03/2025: It is known that during a wedding, the highlight of the day is the reception at the restaurant, it is one of the moments where it is easier to receive great compliments or great criticism. Gabriele and Francesca made this moment simply a guarantee. In addition to being two friends, they are two great professionals. Villa Verdiana had just been renovated for our wedding, to my great apprehension and consequent stress towards poor Gabriele during the works (you will forgive me my friend), but all the workers, the dining room staff and the management made sure that everything was ready and on time. The location with attention to detail, the buffet and dishes well presented and with excellent raw materials. Villa Verdiana doesn't need advertising, with her you always land on your feet. More than a review, I would just like to say thank you for making our wedding the dream we wanted. PS: I think our smiling faces in the photo don't need anything else. Christian and Rossella

09/02/2025: Small typical restaurant located in Sant'Alfio with many pizza specialties including particular ones. The only flaw in the choice of the 5 cereal dough was not exceptional for me, while the other two with pistachio and off-menu with capuliato were very good and all well seasoned with quality products. Maybe I'll try another pizza with traditional dough. The rest, such as the wait or some distraction in the drinks which in any case arrived at the beginning of the meal, given the confusion of the Saturday evening and the tiredness of the staff who worked continuously, could be there... so there is no point in raising controversy as I have already read in other reviews. Definitely worth trying again.👌🏼

08/03/2025: Very nice place. Saturday night we had the pleasure of visiting it for the first time, having booked previously. Despite the presence of many customers, the service was quick and impeccable. The staff, composed of young people in uniform, were very polite and helpful. We started with a mixed fried food of chips and battered vegetables, very tasty, cooked to perfection and not at all greasy. We then continued with the pizzas, appreciating the possibility of choosing between three types of dough. I opted for a capricciosa. The classic dough was very soft, the pizza cooked perfectly, thin, well-topped and with quality ingredients. To conclude, I tried a revisited Sicilian cassata, good, even if not particularly memorable. Ultimately, I highly recommend this place to spend a pleasant evening in company, enjoying excellent food. An experience to repeat!

02/03/2025: I think it's the best place in Nicolosi or thereabouts. Great pizza, great restaurant. Elegant location, with beautiful outdoor spaces. Competent staff, medium-high prices. Traditional catering with attention to the dishes. First courses, second courses, pizzas in the evening not to be underestimated. Well organized and easy to find street parking. Just above "the pines" where the ice rink was. Bookable online. I approve and recommend

28/02/2025: Bad experience I bought 3 pieces of diner paying 1.90 for a spring onion / 2.50 for a small pizza / and a 2.20 for a cartridge I would say to say the least quite expensive we are not in Taormina but at least they were good no, cold I told them to heat them but nothing anyway, by doing so we move on.
