The quality of the ingredients and the cooking methods are the restaurant's true strengths, making it a must-try for those seeking authenticity and flavor. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and very attentive: as a tourist, I appreciated their suggestions for typical Sicilian dishes, especially those from Catania. The table service is impeccable, attentive to detail, and always punctual. A trattoria that truly deserves to be considered a benchmark for Catania's dining scene. Highly recommended!

12/10/2025: A very pleasant place for a culinary experience; as they say, it's not just about the word, but it's delicious. You can buy food by the pound or sweets and snacks like pizza and arachini by the slice. The coffee is also very good. There's plenty of space inside. The only downside is that one cash register serves two lines: the one for food by the pound and the one for desserts and snacks. It gets quite crowded when there are a lot of people.

24/11/2025: One of the worst experiences with restaurant service we've ever had. After ordering, they quickly brought us a plate of potato chips, but they were from the next table. We kept them because by the time they realized their mistake, we'd already started eating them. Then they brought us pizzas, but they were also from the next table. Having realized what was going on, we told them right away. They brought us two of the three appetizers we'd ordered: the potato waffles and (again!) the potato chips, which we obviously sent back because we'd already received them. There was no sign of the zucchini flowers (the third appetizer we ordered). The dishes arrived, and after a few minutes of waiting, we realized they'd forgotten to include a dish with our order (which, of course, we'll never see). Resigned, we asked the head waiter about the zucchini flowers. After asking us three times if they'd arrived, he returned with a waiter who (the icing on the cake) obsessively insisted he'd already brought them to us... as if, who knows, we'd tried to steal a second helping... or did he think we'd misunderstood what we'd eaten? The only bright spot in this total disorganization was the efficient and cheerful girl who brought the drinks. Change the dining room staff, or at least have them memorize the number and location of each table. The food was neither good nor bad.

12/10/2025: We visited this restaurant in mid-September. The host recommended it, claiming that the locals eat here. I can only agree with him! We preferred to eat on the outdoor terrace, but they also have plenty of seating inside. Upon arrival, the only downside was the receptionist, who was uncooperative with her colleagues who were supposed to bring the dishes outside, not opening the door for them, and above all, lacked empathy with the customers. A smile never hurts! 😉 Excellent dishes and a varied menu, even for vegetarians. Their marinated zucchini are a must-try!

11/10/2025: The best pizza in Catania, with the best service! We've been going there for years now, and it never disappoints. The pizza is the best there is, made with top-quality ingredients and a unique dough. Plus, the service is excellent, with attentive and friendly waiters who strive to make everyone feel at ease, almost like family. Franco, the waiter in particular, treats every table with attention and courtesy, and plays with all the children without ever seeming annoyed. My compliments to everyone!

18/11/2025: Good food, they should agree on the prices. A sandwich one day costs €4.50 and the exact same sandwich another day costs €7.00. Ask for explanations, but nothing is known. Nothing to say about the quality, but the prices and the staff are...

A beautiful panoramic elevator ensures a breathtaking view of the entire futuristic structure. A simple menu, including traditional Catania dishes, impeccably prepared, clean, and original, using seasonal and local ingredients. Delicious homemade breads, simple yet captivating. A comprehensive wine list, including Sicilian and international wineries, and an excellent selection of champagnes. The elegant, friendly, and helpful dining room staff made all the difference. Perfect value for money, obviously in line with the peers in the same sector.

16/08/2025: What happened today is shameful to say the least. I went with my wife to get something, sat down, and after a quarter of an hour, no one came to the table. The place was empty. The bartenders were on their phones, doing nothing, chatting among themselves. My wife and I got up and left. It's not the first time this has happened. I take responsibility for what's written anywhere. Shame. Excellent bar, excellent product quality, but lousy staff!
