02/12/2024: We had a wonderful evening here! We were in the entrance room, well heated and welcoming. The food was really great! We started with the french fries, fresh and not frozen, with ketchup and mayonnaise, homemade. Oh my goodness! They were so good that we ordered a second portion, this time cacio e pepe... A real delight!! Continuing with the sandwiches, what can I say!! A goodness! Super stuffed and with very fresh ingredients. I took the one with horse meat, cooked very well, and so tender that it melted in your mouth! Those of the other diners were also really tasty! I will definitely be back!!

13/03/2025: Caffè Europa has been a certainty in Catania for decades, everything is good and fresh given the continuous flow of customers, the staff are friendly and fast, in fact the queue flows even though there are always people at any time both at the tables and for takeaway, the premises are constantly kept clean and well-kept...... If I have guests from outside Catania I always bring them here and success is guaranteed.... mine is not advice on personal taste but a certainty on both sweet and savory foods 😋😋

07/03/2025: Un posto molto carino dove trovare soluzioni alimentari ad hoc se sei vegetariano o vegano. Ma anche io, che sono onnivora, ho mangiato divinamente e provato alimenti e sapori freschi e nuovi. Il personale è davvero cordiale e ci si trattiene volentieri a fare due chiacchiere. Il mio giudizio è molto positivo

01/02/2025: Very cute and way going place. Nice selection of salads and panini. Wine and aperitivo in the later hours. I got the special salad with hummus avocado and bresaola which was well chopped and very tasty but the amount of oil and hummus was excessive. My friend got the one with mozzarella di bufala and even him couldn’t finish it. So I would say that they are very generous portions. They don’t have cooked food so bresaola mozzarella or tonno for protein.

12/01/2025: Il posto è bellissimo, il camino che scalda la sala, tutto così meraviglioso. La signora Cinzia è una persona meravigliosa, gentile, accogliente attenta a tutto. Ci ha serviti e coccolati dal primo istante in cui siamo arrivati fino alla fine. Piatti tutti caserecci e fatti freschi, super abbondanti e super buoni. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti al 100% torneremo sicuramente e consigliamo assolutamente questo ristorante per chi vuole sentirsi a casa, mangiando bene.

30/07/2024: The pasta here was the best we’ve had since moving to Sicily. The family was so nice and made sure we had everything we needed even with the language barrier. We ended up speaking with the owner through a translator app after dinner for an hour, it was great!! We will be back for sure!

10/03/2025: Location in a truly excellent position because it is really a stone's throw from the centre. As for the pizza, well, what can I say... I had perhaps too high expectations(?), it wasn't their lucky day(?), I don't know, but the fact is that 2 out of 5 pizzas arrived burnt, while one was raw in the center, in short... a disaster. I didn't even find all this quality in the ingredients used honestly. Went to try it because it was mentioned by many, I won't go back.

28/02/2025: Pizza war super. Kann man nicht besser machen/anbieten! Wir würden die Pizza jederzeit wieder essen! Die Tiramisu als Nachtisch war eher nicht so gut. Der Keks war noch nicht weich genug und die Creme war zu flüssig und im Verhältnis zu der Keks zu viel.

18/03/2025: Thanks to word of mouth with family members, we discovered this place, really comfortable, where we had the pleasure of celebrating my nephew's baptism... really excellent service, delicious pizzas with lots of choice, a pizza tour where you leave feeling really full... thanks to the owner, Mr Bottino, who satisfied our every request, also given some intolerances.
