15/12/2024: Siamo andati in questo posto perché da tempo ne avevamo sentito parlare ,siamo arrivati con grande curiosità e aspettative ma ci ritroviamo a dover fare delle puntualizzazioni . Per quanto riguarda la location ambiente accogliente ,personale poco professionale,per quanto riguarda il cibo gli antipasti buoni anche se troppo moderate le quantità ,j primi il cous cous era buono , le busiate con la salsiccia scarna e i fusilli con la zucca non legavano con il condimento ,i secondi e il dolce ok . Nota dolente per quanto riguarda il vino in quanto telefonicamente mi è stato riferito che era compreso nel prezzo ,invece nel momento del conto ci rendiamo conto che era a parte circa 18 euro la bottiglia . Per quanto mi riguarda non considero professionale e seria un informazione telefonica illusoria. Quando ho riferito al proprietario l accaduto prontamente mi ha risposto che avrebbe richiamato il personale ma credo che nessun impiegato abbia voce in capitolo o prenda iniziativa di questo tipo. Qualità prezzo non proporzionato .

18/09/2025: A delicious experience at this restaurant. A refined and elegant location, with friendly and professional staff in the heart of Trapani's historic center. A wide selection of organic wines at reasonable prices. All the dishes were superb, with quality ingredients and sophisticated pairings; truly a temptation for the palate! Prices are in line with the quality and service offered.

29/08/2025: When tradition becomes caricature. We had chosen this restaurant with enthusiasm, convinced we would be experiencing the authentic Trapani couscous experience. Not only had we announced our intentions well in advance, but we had even booked accommodations in the area for the occasion. The result? A monumental disappointment. The appetizer: two plates of fried fish, divided among six adults, already hinted at what was to come. But the "famous" couscous exceeded all expectations... in a negative sense: a bland dish, devoid of seasoning, with three measly pieces of fried fish thrown on top as if to mock the customer. When, in a polite tone, I expressed my concerns, the owner found nothing better to do than ask me where I was from, insinuating that I was incapable of understanding the local cuisine. An attitude that was not only rude, but also presumptuous: you don't have to be a food critic to know when a dish is simply poorly made. The bill, then, after the 20% discount (obtained solely thanks to the accommodation and certainly not out of courtesy), and leaving aside the small cake for my daughter's birthday, would have been completely disproportionate to the quality offered. Finally, the service: more than professional, it was caricatured. From the waiter who uncorked the bottle with a carnival-like bang (the only bottle we drank, given the scarcity and mediocrity of the labels on the paper), to that prim and proper air of someone playing a role they don't know how to pull off. A poorly executed performance, the classic "I'd like to, but I can't." In conclusion: in Trapani, home of excellent cuisine and sincere hospitality, there are undoubtedly far more worthy alternatives. This place, unfortunately, is an example of how an extraordinary culinary tradition can be transformed into an experience to be forgotten.

12/10/2025: Pros: - The beach was really good and clean - Room was very clean Cons: - No internet in the room (!) - Broken amenities in the room - Check-in only available in Italian - Booked a triple room and got a twin room - Extra charge for everything that was available - Poor breakfast; if something was missing, it never came back - Very poor coffee quality - Coffee machines (you can get better ones for a fee) - Spa for an additional charge - Parking always full - First row of beach seats for an additional charge in October - There's actually nothing nearby, so choosing that without a car is pointless

11/10/2025: We stayed at the Modica Beach Resort during the off-season. Since we travel a lot, we read some reviews this time, which are generally quite positive. We don't know what it's like in the high season, so we obviously can't speak for that period. First, the location: The hotel is truly in an absolutely wonderful location, right on the beach. It truly deserves 5 stars. The fact that the waves were quite high the first few days and it was almost impossible to get into the water isn't anyone's fault. The last few days, the sea was absolutely calm and it couldn't have been better. The rooms: We had a deluxe room facing the garden. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. The garden was an absolute joke and the hedge was so high that you couldn't see the open space behind it. There would have been room for a larger garden with a low hedge without any problems. I would give it 3 points for cleanliness. It was more of a quick fix than clean. The TV didn't have any German channels, and the smart TV didn't work at all. No stable WiFi connection. Now, the food. If you're looking for good Italian cuisine, you've come to the wrong place. The room is really coldly lit and extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast is pretty monotonous. Canned and unpeeled fruit. There's no variety of cold cuts. Endless sweets...but those with a sweet tooth will probably still find something to their liking. The coffee shouldn't be called coffee; it's more like dishwater than coffee. You can buy "real" coffee on site if you like. The dinner is an absolute disaster...we were wondering if the chef was on vacation and that's why we've read some positive reviews about the food. Everything is more or less tasteless and completely uninspiring. A real shame, since Italy is actually one of the countries with good cuisine. All in all, we can say the location is great, the food is a flop.

03/12/2025: Overrated, overpriced. Recipe coffee drinks are not worth it. I'd go for classics instead. Also not the place for an alcoholic cocktail.

16/09/2025: Realy a very good pizza. Very good service, very good food, short waiting time and there is a very nice and kind boy who serves you. I mean, if you want to eat quickly, well and tasty, this is the place to go.

27/07/2025: This isn't just one of Modica's historic pizzerias, but one that has maintained and strengthened its quality, speed, and friendliness over the years. Here you'll find these three components, which in my opinion often prove to be its strength. You know that in this pizzeria, everything is quality; you'll be served with a smile, and their experience in the industry means they're very quick. Mine was a takeaway with two free cans of Coke... small but important gestures... you can't go wrong here... 🔝

26/10/2025: I've been to this bar twice, and both times my experience with the staff was terrible. Rudeness, indelicacy, and complete disregard for the customer. One of these times, they even spilled water all over me without any apology or courtesy to remedy the situation. The hot food is good, but €3.50 a piece (and €3 for a measly pizza) seems truly shocking. Plus, there's a surcharge for "table service" that's literally nonexistent. The bill was exorbitant for what we ate, and the staff needs to be reconsidered. I won't be returning.
