24/01/2026: A lovely and satisfying dinner. I came here with my wife and her best friend, along with her husband and their three children. I must say the wait staff was kind enough to find us a nice table right away. We all ate well; the ingredients were good and tastefully prepared. I had a Scottona burger sandwich, with pistachio cream, buffalo mozzarella, lettuce, and tomato. This sandwich was a delight. Delicious!!! We paid a fair price. The woman who took our order was also great. She was friendly, smiling, and knowledgeable. After such a wonderful dinner, we'll definitely be back. Thanks again to all the staff. Mauro & Veronica.

27/08/2025: First and last time! After this experience, I think that's enough. I called at 7:00 PM to order 1.5 kg of focaccia with three different flavors: traditional, Tyrolean, and porcini mushrooms. I told them I'd be back at 8:00 PM. I took the focaccia away, and as soon as I got home, we saw they'd made 1.5 kg of traditional with a black olive in the center! A truly awful service! There's no shortage of focaccerias in Messina anyway.

21/01/2026: The pasta with sardines and squid was delicious. I ordered the grilled version, even though it wasn't on the menu! Great stuff with Local Food and See Food! Everything was delicious and fresh! The grilled vegetable bliuder was delicious! My husband and I are very picky eaters, but this was truly delicious, and I highly recommend it!

08/03/2026: It's a shame I can't give it 0 stars. It was a decidedly disappointing experience. We waited 20 minutes for anything to be brought to our table, a frankly unjustifiable amount of time for a simple bar. The wait might have been tolerable if it had at least been accompanied by a modicum of professionalism, which, unfortunately, was completely lacking. The waiter was extremely rude and arrogant, answering questions with annoyed attitudes and disrespectful tones. If he doesn't like his job and has to do it superficially, I advise him to change careers. Even more serious was the fact that he didn't seem to understand even the simplest orders, forcing us to repeat them several times as if it were a nuisance to ask for what we were simply paying for. The management of the establishment appears clearly disorganized and lacking in customer service. In a business open to the public, one expects at least politeness, efficiency, and a minimum of service expertise: elements that, in this experience, were completely absent. A bar should offer a welcoming atmosphere and professionalism. Here, unfortunately, we found the exact opposite. If you happen to pass by this bar, the wisest thing to do is to keep going and look elsewhere.

06/04/2026: When my friends and I go to get wine from a friend in San Damiano, we have a fantastic aperitif at the Roxy bar. The owners are friendly and it feels like we've gone back in time—everything is beautiful.

Every time I come here, I'm always happy to be greeted with a smile and impeccable service. The coffee is always perfect, the staff is kind and helpful, and the pastries are simply divine! The desserts are always fresh and delicious. The place is cozy and relaxing, perfect for a coffee break or a catch-up with friends. I highly recommend it! 23/02/2026: Caldera is a truly special chalet, immersed in nature and perfect for unwinding. The property is incredibly comfortable and well-maintained, but what makes the stay fantastic is everything the place offers: silence and a unique atmosphere. Plus, the accommodation includes two mountain bikes, perfect for exploring the surrounding area and fully experiencing the volcano on which Caldera is located: an experience that makes the holiday even more authentic and fun. Special mention also goes to Flavio, the host, who is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and always available with helpful advice and thoughtful touches that make all the difference. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return, because this is one of those experiences worth repeating (and enjoying even more).

18/03/2026: The food quality was poor, the meat was served cold because it had been previously roasted, and the fries were cold. The bill was steep. What a shame.

17/12/2025: Let's say the waiting times are fair... but 2 sandwiches with only toppings (with 2 toppings each, and we're only talking about varieties of sausage, and 1 only porchetta and cheese with 1 coke... €15. At that price you get 2 pizzas! But good to know

27/10/2025: A quick stop for a family lunch. Every dish tastes exquisite. The stunning windows offer a fantastic view during lunch, but the sun shines in with a vengeance. You might want to choose a more secluded spot to avoid getting burned on those beautiful, sunny afternoons. Kudos to the establishment.

02/10/2025: CAUTION ⚠️ We booked through Check24. We arrived in the mountains in the dark. The place was closed, and it hadn't been closed since yesterday. The only people who greeted us were two not-so-friendly dogs. We barely made it into the car. If this is a rip-off, it's this. One star is too many.
