25/04/2025: I stopped by Panyllo and immediately fell in love with it. Rustici, really delicious bread and focaccia, all super fresh and made with care. The staff was very kind and super helpful, the service was fast and attentive. If you are in the area, you can't miss it try it! Highly recommended!

13/05/2025: It was recommended to me as a place where you could eat very well; rustic appetizer - terrible with cold cuts from a delicatessen; 2 glasses of Nero d'Avola - fresh and watered down, I had it brought back; 2 pasta alla norma - as a Sicilian I have never eaten a norma like that, it was pasta with sauce and aubergine around it, discount quality pasta, no-comment tomato sauce; bottle of Frappato - supermarket quality cost €4.00, the other bottles of Nero d'Avola that they had offered me had been taken out of the fridge - if you don't know how to maintain the ideal temperature, don't offer it; I don't want to comment on the service because he was certainly a very good guy, just a little excited since he found someone at the table who knew something more; at the cash register since the kind lady asked me how it went, I advised her to have the Chef change jobs specifying everything that went wrong (that they had ruined my evening was undoubted), nothing more wrong: all nervous and trembling with nerves, first she goes to the kitchen and then gives me a bill for €57.00 - was it a punishment for my complaints? thanks, I won't be back anyway, as a pizzeria you may be good, but the kitchen is not your thing - Not recommended.

29/05/2025: An amazing restaurant. I was transported in a Felini film. The owner is a character from an Italian film. Welcoming and a people a person. Waiters very nice and with a unique Sicilian style. The atmosphere is really picturesque as you feel you are in a real old school Sicilian taverna. The food is unbelievable. Try as many dishes as you can! Pasta ala Norma is a gem! Worth visiting!

And a couple of things need to be said here ***** The vote for the Almond itself, excellent but it does not come from the owner's garden but from a local supplier and I appreciate the honesty in having said so. *** The lemon one, a semifreddo placed in the machine where there is the coffee cream and/or fruit salad. Poor, more of a restaurant sorbet than a bar. ** The brioche, hard, dry, looked like it was from the day before Overall I therefore give *** given the goodness of the almond one

28/02/2025: Bad experience I bought 3 pieces of diner paying 1.90 for a spring onion / 2.50 for a small pizza / and a 2.20 for a cartridge I would say to say the least quite expensive we are not in Taormina but at least they were good no, cold I told them to heat them but nothing anyway, by doing so we move on.

09/02/2025: Amazing pasticceria, definitely one of the best in the area. Everything they make is delicious… from the gelato and pastìccini, to the arancine and rosticceria. Also ordered a birthday cake from them, and although the cake decor wasn’t anything like what we asked, the flavour and texture of the cake made up for it. The service is usually good, and there is also a large seating hall to enjoy your food etc.

16/05/2025: Comida bien (no muy bien) . . . PERO el dueño con sus amigos se hizo cargo de la mitad de nuestra cena y TODO se fue al sur. Se topó con ruido y se convirtió en un borracho de clase baja. Lo siento por el personal, que había sido realmente encantador y de clase alta - el propietario destruyó el ambiente y la experiencia.

02/05/2025: Locale eccellente dallo staff della cucina ( ROSARIO,GIOVANNI) al personale DI SALA Alessandro e Vincenzo. Ottimo sia per quanto riguarda la ristorazione sia la pizzeria. Ritorneremo sicuramente.
