A wonderful discovery for pizza lovers! The dough is particularly light and the crust is high and airy. The toppings and ingredients are fresh and the combinations are spot on. Perfect for an evening with family or friends. The staff is friendly, but the wait times are a bit longer than usual. The quality/price ratio is absolutely excellent. I will definitely be back.

I booked a cooking class with GetYourGuide at the last minute. It was a fantastic experience! There were only two of us, my friend and I, and it was great! We made our own tiramisu and prepared the pizza dough. Then we topped our pizzas, with explanations on how to roll out the dough, etc. I highly recommend it! The welcome was excellent, and we even got to take the recipes home! Thank you so much! 😉

Julia's service was excellent, super attentive and friendly, and the pizzas were unbeatable, the best we've ever had! We would definitely return and 100% recommend visiting this place 😌

02/06/2026: We visited this very welcoming little place. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the pizza and pasta were delicious. The pasta dishes were plentiful and delicious, which is no longer a given, and the pizzas were well-cooked and full of toppings. We'll definitely be back. Thank you so much!
16/05/2026: "Madosa" is a true gem in San Nicola l'Arena! An elegant and welcoming venue, with a pleasant atmosphere and impeccable service. The staff is attentive, friendly, and always available. The food is top-quality, with attention to detail and truly exceptional flavors. The location is also excellent, perfect for a relaxing evening by the sea. One of the best places in the area, highly recommended.

25/01/2026: A quick but excellent lunch. The seasonal fried dishes, broccoli, and cardoons, typical of Palermo, are noteworthy. The staff is friendly and professional, and it feels like home! The only downside was that we ate outside on the enclosed veranda because the inside was fully booked!
