25/12/2025: I spent the evening of December 24th with my family at Villa Grazioli. I have nothing to complain about the food—the attention to detail was excellent, and everything was excellent—and the waiters' efficient service. However, I have some criticisms about the location. The terrace is beautiful, with a striking view of the city, and very elegant, too. However, we simply couldn't have dined in our coats because it was so cold. I heard several customers complain. It was freezing, especially at some tables very close to the windows. We were among them. Even to enter the dining room, we had to walk through a small plastic tunnel in the cold and wind. Not to mention the waiters who worked in the freezing cold all evening when they had to leave the dining room. Is it possible that with those beautiful and elegant heated rooms inside the building, we had to dine freezing! I'm sorry I wrote this review, but I hope it can be helpful to those in charge for a better and more comfortable organization of such events.

11/09/2025: The food is terrible. The fish was barely warm, and the sauce was nothing more than olive oil. The meat was undercooked, the sauce had no flavor, and they didn’t even provide a proper steak knife—just a regular table knife, so we had to saw through the meat as best we could. You can hear everything the staff say in the kitchen; for an entire hour we listened to the loud clattering of knives and forks being sorted. The waitress only came out to bring the food and take the order—otherwise, there was nobody to ask or call. A guest who came to the restaurant had to wait a long time for any staff to appear, until he finally had to go into the kitchen to call someone. There was no one to ask for the check either, until someone eventually came out of the kitchen with food . It would be better to close the restaurant altogether than to keep it running like this.

24/11/2025: Ordered home delivery, order later than stated (even though they are less than two kilometers from my house) and pizza that left a lot to be desired and was absolutely not worth the amount spent

28/08/2025: First time but never again high prices meatballs ordered fried as described on the menu instead covered in flaked cheese thick pizza. The inexperienced staff at the cash register divided the bills badly, the bills in question were not correct and were also high

11/01/2026: I'll start by saying I frequent this place for their takeout Margherita, and I've never been disappointed. It's a classic Neapolitan pizza with a thick crust, delicious, and easy to digest. The place is clean and has an open kitchen. Based on my experience, I'm very satisfied.

07/01/2026: I ordered the pasta and it was cold so I "remade" it like before. The pasta wasn't made at the moment, it was just being reheated.

23/12/2025: I ordered for dinner, but it was a total failure. I received a portion of burnt, soggy potatoes. The gnocchi with Nutella weren't even worth the price.... Nutella was probably only on 3 or 4 pieces, because the rest only had powdered sugar, and they were cold.... I don't know how to describe the disappointment, but I'm pregnant, and this is the last thing I expected to receive after seeing the photos.

07/12/2025: I got a box from Too Good to Go and was truly disappointed by the quality and quantity. It's right to save the food, but there are quality standards to meet; a pizza like that should have been thrown away without any ifs or buts. I'm sorry, but I feel truly cheated! 29/11/2025: Totally disappointed, the creams used for the fillings are different from the original ones; that is, to make the Kinder Maxi, they use a nondescript hazelnut cream and a nondescript white chocolate cream. We tried the Kinder Maxi Oreo and Kinder Cereal ones, and they were all the same. It's a shame because the croissants are gorgeous to look at.
