15/10/2025: The pizza is good, IF, and I mean IF, you can buy it, since there's always only one person serving even at peak times. They're also VERY SLOW at serving even when they should be speeding up a bit, with the line extending outside the restaurant and people crammed into that 3 square meters of space inside. I've given up more times, leaving the line than I've actually managed to order. Unnerving.

13/10/2025: Alice's pizza is undoubtedly good, but it's a shame that today I was served by a young lady who wasn't at all friendly, rather rude, and unhelpful. I've ordered a lot of takeout pizza; the first few slices didn't need to be reheated, and I said there was no need... but the rest did! But by then it was too late: the lady told me that, once the pizza was cut, it couldn't be reheated. Ah! If I ever have to buy it again, I'll try home delivery: maybe I'll have better luck! Too bad.

14/04/2025: Andiamo spesso a mangiare in questa pizzeria perchè, come dice il nome stesso, ti senti in famiglia. Didi la proprietaria è gentilissima, sempre disponibile alle mie insolite richieste di aggiunte di ingredienti per la pizza che è ricca , ,grande nelle dimensioni e naturalmente ottima nei sapori. Patatine squisite una porzione vale per due. Se si sceglie il menù fisso inoltre mangi tanto e paghi pochissimo. Consigliato a tutti.

I ordered a pizza via Too Good To Go and went to pick it up, only to be treated with rudeness and complete lack of basic service. When I politely asked if they could warm the pizza, the staff refused, claiming that if I had ordered directly from Storm, it would've been fine, but since I used Too Good To Go, I don't deserve the same treatment. This is not just disappointing, it's absurd. Cold pizza, unhelpful staff, and a condescending attitude. If you're looking to be disrespected and served unheated leftovers, this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and stay away. What was even worse was the attitude of the staff. They were cold, dismissive, and clearly more interested in closing early than helping customers. It's shocking that a chain store in Rome allows such unprofessional behavior to represent their brand. If you care about your reputation, you need to train your staff properly and hire people who actually understand customer service. 04/10/2025: The usual Alice Pizza. Too expensive, given the location, for the quality. There are no chairs, either inside or outside; you can only eat standing.

02/10/2025: The pizza is quite good, better than in Germany. However, you can get slightly better pizza in restaurants. Highly recommended for a takeaway, both in the morning and in the evening.

The quality of the food offered for the rich and varied aperitifs is excellent, far superior to other places that may look better in terms of location but then serve stale food. The bar is very functional and logistically perfect; parking is easy to find, and it's a good place to recommend.

17/06/2025: E' il ristorante del hotel Best Western Globus, che offre la colazione e il pranzo al piano di sotto e la cena al roof-garden. Una grande varietà di pietanze, pranzo completo dal antipasto al dolce, caffè e acqua incluso. Per 15 euro, fai un pranzo come ti pare. Anche se tutto è self-service, il personale è presente e sempre disponibile. Provato già un paio di volte e lo consiglio vivamente. A presto!

28/05/2025: I can say that after Vivenda restaurant service at Sapienza quality of meals and service getting lower day by day. Taste of meals and ventilation of restaurant is very bad. I do not use this mensa anymore, its waste of money spending this kimd of students meals. Please respect students and their money. Give better meals amd service for students.
