19/06/2024: Delicious ice cream. The vegan option are really good and not really ‘sorbet’ so its perfect. If you want a cone, the ‘basic’ one is vegan. The staff is friendly and kind. In short, really good address for ice-cream, but also coffee!

28/04/2024: I placed a delivery order via the Appeteat app. I would have liked to give a positive review of the ice cream shop but I can't. I deliberately ordered 2 500g tubs specifically to try 8 flavours. Of these, 2 were missing without me being notified and/or replaced. Above all, the lack of chocolate influenced my evaluation. Having notified the delivery company with photos, the matter ended for them saying that it was the ice cream shop's carelessness. I would have expected that with 40 euros spent on ice cream and delivery, they would have brought me the missing ice cream. Terrible service and above all little attention to the customer.

15/08/2024: Since I'm a Korean food fan... I went to this restaurant for lunch in Florence. As for the side dishes... the pork is okay though... the cold dish doesn't have a refreshing taste. It would be better if it was made a little more refreshing.

14/08/2024: I happened to go there for lunch in June and I had a great time. In addition to the food, which was excellent (I did the all you can eat formula), and their kindness (in particular, if I remember correctly, Mr. Antonio is truly a sweetheart), the thing I appreciated most about the restaurant was the peace you breathe. All the other customers were talking in low voices and there was soft Asian music playing in the background. I would even come back for a nap 🤣

24/08/2024: The pizza from the first years of opening of this n9n chain no longer exists. Today the flavor is missing from the preparation, the Margherita with water in the tomato and a little mozzarella, the one with potatoes is decent. What about the high prices for the product offered.

30/07/2024: Quite disappointed. I usually love Alice's pizza and I tried having it at this place for the first time. Long wait, very little choice (I always find red pizza everywhere and it wasn't there). I ask to heat up the pizza but it is not heated and different pieces are also placed on top of each other with little grace in a small container. I arrived home and obviously part of the mozzarella was glued to the lid, the dough was not as crunchy and good as in the other Alices, but even a little chewy, and the pizza was decidedly cold.

19/07/2024: Absolutely not!!!! I couldn't evaluate the food, I ordered €40 worth of first courses and wrote in the notes that we were on the street in a car park!!! I'll start by saying that just eat on their menu doesn't allow you to ask for cutlery. The order arrived without cutlery!!! but in your opinion how can we eat fettuccine without cutlery??? some we tasted with our hands but impossible. we tried to eat like dogs! but nothing we threw everything away together with the €40 Contacted by phone they tell us that they have run out of cutlery, but I say, don't you call? Then, the icing on the cake, a colleague of ours orders with collection at the restaurant, goes to take the order and they even give her 3 pieces of cutlery And then I didn't see them anymore and I called them back. They reply that they have bought them now!!! but go and make fun of someone else!!! rude!!! never again and I hope no one enters your place again!!! you have to close you don't deserve to stay open

20/08/2024: The boy who served us was very friendly, he exuded joy and we liked that a lot. The place has a table with stools, it is more for taking what you order. The ice creams were delicious, we tried the flavors of mango, fior di latte, amarena, limone, American cookes and nutella. As a note: The lemon flavor is more acidic than what we are used to in Spain but it is very refreshing and good. We paid about €15 for 2 tubs of 3 flavors each, the scoops not big.

18/08/2024: Terrible experience, customer consideration equivalent to zero. To order, I had to contact the waiter who, after taking the order and serving, immediately asked to make the payment. The rest was only brought after asking twice and even getting it wrong. After also ordering something to eat next to the drinks we had taken, they brought us a spit of chips and some olives, aged for 24 months because they looked like they came out of the bucket, paid €2. Classic place that, in order to save on staff, is willing to tarnish its name with this terrible service. I won't be back 🙃

06/08/2024: Da quando sono arrivato a Roma ho sempre mangiato qua , i piatti che servono sono tutti buonissimi il personale (le ragazze che ci hanno servito sono bravissime sempre disposte ad accogliere le vostre richieste 😊) Stasera abbiamo mangiato una caccio e pepe, cicoria , una aglio olio e peperoncino e delle patatine fritte fantastiche. Caldamente consigliato!!!
