25/04/2026: I love Alice Pizza, but the Frascati location is getting worse and worse!! I wanted to avoid writing a negative review, but this is the third time the quality of the pizza and supplì has been appalling!! We threw out the incredibly salty supplì. The pizza (I know it well because I get it at other locations too) is thin, hard, dry, inedible. And luckily it was freshly made, too.

31/05/2026: Aperitivo last night, there were two of us. We asked for a spritz and a platter. He brought us a pizza platter, but we had asked for a charcuterie platter instead. Instead of apologizing, he said he'd already reheated the pizza and couldn't change it... OK, we told him we'd eat the pizza, but we got six small pizza squares with reheated, rubbery, and dry sausages. The price, however, was a true aperitivo! Disappointing with the service and food.

17/04/2026: Friendly staff. I only had one slice of the white pizza, and it was tough, as if it weren't exactly "recent." I gave the service two stars because "old" pizza shouldn't be served, it's thrown away. The price was in line with the neighborhood, medium-high, but if the product is good, that's fine. However, I can't accept paying that much for yesterday's focaccia. I bought it at 9:30; if it had been baked that morning, it wouldn't have been tough. I don't think I'll be back.

13/06/2026: Tried it just for a 3 euro Red Bull, old-fashioned place, bathrooms could use a bit of updating.

09/04/2026: It's unbelievable that I'd only been looking at the display cases for three minutes because I was undecided about what to order, and the man was already pressuring me to order something. No matter how many times I told him I was looking at the options, he kept repeating that I had to order quickly. The place was empty, so even obstructing other customers wasn't an excuse for such poor service. Terrible. If I'm a tourist, how does he expect me to know what everything is?

04/04/2026: Sitting at a table is incredibly expensive, double the price of sitting at the bar, and the service isn't worth it: ugly, broken dishes. If they charge you like you're somewhere else, at least the service should be up to par. Highly discouraged.

23/01/2026: Tempting but deceptive display! While waiting for the train, I ordered a salad with buffalo mozzarella and grilled vegetables... and a small bottle of Ferrarelle water. The lady quickly stuffed everything in a bag, leaving the surprise for me for later... on the train!!! Cost almost 12 euros! Not even a hint of mozzarella! Not even one!! Scandalous!! I'm attaching a photo of the ingredients... but they do appear in them!!! Highly not recommended!!!!

24/12/2025: I wanted to give it only one star, but I'll give it two simply for the quality of the sandwich, which is certainly unquestionable, as is the quality of the food, although I would have preferred a slightly less "chewy" type of bread. For such good mozzarella, it would be appreciated if you used equally good and FRESH bread (obviously the bread used is not artisanal, at least that was my impression), given that a sandwich is anything but "free." In fact, €7.50 for a sandwich with cooked ham and a few slices of buffalo mozzarella is truly exaggerated. But that's fine. However, the fact that they charged me 20 cents for a small paper bag to hold the sandwich left me speechless. In Milan, at the same brand, I didn't even have to ask for a paper bag, and, of course, there was no extra charge. A little advice: Learn from them how to treat customers, stop being so sullen, and learn to smile a little! The staff should make you want to come back, don't let it pass you by!

09/05/2026: I've been coming to this ice cream shop for years, but today, surprise... Ice cream by weight. Three small cones of two flavors, €10.20. The cream is free. It's the first time I've seen something like this. But the most disconcerting thing is that they don't list the price per kilo. The ice cream is good, but there are other excellent ice cream shops, and I can choose how much I want to spend without any surprises.

01/05/2026: €4 for this cone because now the price is based on weight, taste nothing special definitely not worth what I paid I will not return.

17/05/2026: First time at this bar, we ordered two cocktails with appetizers. We sat outside and a pigeon approached, which we shooed away. The pigeon then climbed onto the table and ate the appetizers. We stood up angrily and moved on. None of the staff apologized or asked if we wanted another table or anything else to eat. I went to the cashier and asked if I could only pay for the cocktails, thus getting a discount since we'd barely eaten anything. The employee insisted that he couldn't because he was only an employee and would have to pay for them himself. I managed to speak to the owner, who initially told me that these were natural disasters (pigeons carry disease, earthquakes/rain are disasters...). However, I managed to get something taken off the bill that, in principle, should have been taken off by them, given what had happened. Truly shameful towards the customer!

11/05/2026: Surrounded by greenery, it's a lovely place to relax and enjoy a coffee or an aperitif.

21/02/2026: A guarantee for a quick and delicious pizza by the slice. Lots of varieties, light dough, and quality ingredients. Fast service and friendly staff. Ideal for a lunch break or a quick snack.
