08/03/2026: Sat a table for 20 minutes and was ignored. Couple sat down next to me and they had someone attend them within 5 minutes…great for business.

23/01/2026: Tempting but deceptive display! While waiting for the train, I ordered a salad with buffalo mozzarella and grilled vegetables... and a small bottle of Ferrarelle water. The lady quickly stuffed everything in a bag, leaving the surprise for me for later... on the train!!! Cost almost 12 euros! Not even a hint of mozzarella! Not even one!! Scandalous!! I'm attaching a photo of the ingredients... but they do appear in them!!! Highly not recommended!!!!

24/12/2025: I wanted to give it only one star, but I'll give it two simply for the quality of the sandwich, which is certainly unquestionable, as is the quality of the food, although I would have preferred a slightly less "chewy" type of bread. For such good mozzarella, it would be appreciated if you used equally good and FRESH bread (obviously the bread used is not artisanal, at least that was my impression), given that a sandwich is anything but "free." In fact, €7.50 for a sandwich with cooked ham and a few slices of buffalo mozzarella is truly exaggerated. But that's fine. However, the fact that they charged me 20 cents for a small paper bag to hold the sandwich left me speechless. In Milan, at the same brand, I didn't even have to ask for a paper bag, and, of course, there was no extra charge. A little advice: Learn from them how to treat customers, stop being so sullen, and learn to smile a little! The staff should make you want to come back, don't let it pass you by!

20/12/2025: I honestly don't understand the positive reviews; they're obviously people who've never eaten real pizza. The pizza was terrible (it was practically left uneaten) and the fried foods were inedible. The ingredients were old and smelly; the lack of flavor was the least of my problems. The worst pizza of my life. Never again.

13/10/2025: Early delivery, the lady on the phone was very polite and kind, excellent prices and excellent food, I recommend it, fine and tasty pizza, as well as the fried foods.

21/02/2026: I've been living in Italy for two years and I know the prices in cafes. This cafe is ripping off tourists. If you walk a little further towards the church, you'll find a cafe with reasonable prices (cornetto and cappuccino €2.80). In this cafe, I paid €5.50 for an old cornetto and a cappuccino.

04/02/2026: Called in for a quick bite, hardly anything to have without cheese. Settled on a prawn sandwich and a chicken salad. Took these back to the hotel, and wish I hadn't. The bread was stale, no butter was put on it. Sorry to say they went in the bin being inedible.

22/02/2026: Extremely unfriendly service, with staff who were practically impossible to reach. For our aperitif, we only received a few chips, and they were out of olives, which we wanted to order separately. When we had to go inside to pay because no one had responded to us, they were throwing all the croissants from the display into the trash… Would not recommend.

26/01/2026: For a Monday morning, I found the staff smiling and making me coffee. It was frothy, just the way I wanted it, and the snowflake was very fresh. And I saw several truly inviting breakfast dishes being served.

10/02/2026: I've been eating pizza from them for many years, they are always perfect, good food, pizzas as if we were in Naples always tasty well-seasoned well-leavened and well-cooked, I'm Neapolitan, excellent coffee fried pizza, excellent huge served with cherry tomatoes. I often see them for lunch when I'm in town.

01/02/2026: An overall disappointing experience. The pizza was decent overall, but the rest left much to be desired. The tagliata arrived lukewarm, with the meat not particularly tender and flavorless. The baked potatoes, however, were cold, a clear sign of sloppy preparation. The service didn't help matters: long waits and little attention to serving the dishes at the right temperature. Considering the prices, one would expect much higher quality.

17/01/2026: I bought some ricotta and spinach cannelloni for Christmas because I wasn't told they were huge. Upon delivery, I was charged 150 euros, an absurd amount for 35 cannelloni. Plus, when I opened them, they were all squashed, practically half a tray wasted. I will never recommend them again.

11/01/2026: I celebrated a friend's party, very spacious and warm place, very kind and helpful staff with every request, truly excellent pizza, I will definitely be back!

30/12/2025: Alice Pizza is usually a safe bet, but this time the experience was decidedly awful. At 7:30 PM, the counter was almost empty and only a few slices were on display, all different from each other: the immediate and unmistakable impression was that they were leftovers from lunch. I specifically asked if anything fresh was coming out of the kitchen, but nothing: the open kitchen was completely deserted, no sign of any preparation in progress. Despite asking for the pizza to be reheated, it was delivered lukewarm, without any care or attention. All this at a disproportionate price for ten slices that were clearly not fresh. A total disappointment, especially from a brand that usually offers a completely different standard. This time, a waste of money and a lost customer.

12/02/2026: The food was incredibly expensive for a deli, though it was good! If I'd seen the prices first, which were all calculated by weight, I would have walked out right away!
