22/07/2025: A very stylish and elegant place in the Tor di Quinto area. Unfortunately, we had the terrible idea of getting a table outside in the evening, and between the humidity and the noise from a large adjacent table, it wasn't exactly idyllic. But inside, for example, it was truly a dream. The food wasn't exactly top-quality, at least what we tried, namely fried foods (too greasy) and pizza. The latter was the Roman version, thin but not crispy, lightly topped, and quite tasteless (we were vegetarian). In hindsight, I realize this isn't a place for a pizza and supplì night. My mistake. Quality service.

20/07/2025: My friends and I went there last week. The place is located in Ponte Milvio, in a very secluded area near a lake. Both the location and the place are very beautiful. We had a great time.

14/06/2025: Terrible, commercial and super expensive. I paid 14 euros for pre-made ice cream, 3 cones and a small cup. I didn't even know how much I was spending, I had to ask after swiping. They only have one size of cone, I got melon flavor, a very fake, horrible flavor, very commercial dark chocolate. The cream was just not bad. The owner also says that they have been making ice cream and tiramisu for 40 years like at home. Better not to have discovered it until now, I lived very well without it. Claustrophobic place, a hole. For goodness sake, who will ever come back.

28/05/2025: Downgraded! When they opened in Via dei Prati Fiscali, it wasn't bad at all. Yesterday, I went back, already knowing about the inexorable decline, I had a prosecco, decarbonated, without bubbles accompanied by old pizzas, expired sandwiches, and sour canapés. The waiter, always the same, now reigns supreme, regardless of his rudeness towards customers. Luckily in Piazza Igea, everything is excellent, I recommend going there!

I ordered a pizza via Too Good To Go and went to pick it up, only to be treated with rudeness and complete lack of basic service. When I politely asked if they could warm the pizza, the staff refused, claiming that if I had ordered directly from Storm, it would've been fine, but since I used Too Good To Go, I don't deserve the same treatment. This is not just disappointing, it's absurd. Cold pizza, unhelpful staff, and a condescending attitude. If you're looking to be disrespected and served unheated leftovers, this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and stay away. What was even worse was the attitude of the staff. They were cold, dismissive, and clearly more interested in closing early than helping customers. It's shocking that a chain store in Rome allows such unprofessional behavior to represent their brand. If you care about your reputation, you need to train your staff properly and hire people who actually understand customer service. 07/09/2025: On the recommendation of friends, we went to try this restaurant. We were greeted by a rude and impolite lady. She gave us the menus and made us order at the same time, annoyed that we didn't already know what to order... without reading it, I think it's difficult. We asked if she could bring us fries after the pizza, and she said a firm no... a child's toy had fallen on the floor, and she rudely and gruffly warned us that she might fall on it. The pizza is good, of course, but I would never, ever go back, also because, in addition to being treated poorly, the bill is excessively high.

05/09/2025: The pizza was inedible. Too thin, too big (it spilled off the plate and onto the table), and full of oil.

11/03/2025: Unfortunately once again the cake is different from the one ordered. I had recommended making a millefeuille with a layer of chocolate and a layer of custard. Final result: cream millefeuille with very few chocolate chips. Too sweet, not to my liking.

10/03/2025: What a shame to see that over time the pastry shop has lowered the level and taken away the pleasure of biting into a well-filled pastry, rather than a half-empty one. Another matter concerns the receipt which is issued at the customer's request. What a disappointment!

17/07/2025: I went there for dinner with colleagues a while back. It's primarily a seafood restaurant. The fried foods are artisanal and truly fantastic, there's a good selection of beers (though quite commercial), and the seafood dishes I was offered looked truly excellent, both in appearance and aroma. We did, however, have the pinsa, which I think could definitely be improved, although it's certainly not bad. The place is a bit small and is more for a dinner for two than for families or large tables. Despite the two portable air conditioners, it was unfortunately still a bit hot due to the doors being left half-open due to the exhaust pipes. The service was quick and very friendly. I promised myself I'd return with my wife for seafood, which is definitely their specialty. The prices were very fair.
