23/01/2026: The place is good! For a hungry Cuban and a Catalan woman who had just arrived in Rome, it was the best place of the night. The food was good. I recommend the hamburgers. The waiters were a bit cold and distant when they saw you didn't speak Italian, but then again, their English wasn't great either. I recommend it; it's a great way to experience Rome's nightlife.

09/03/2026: We came to dinner at this pizzeria intrigued by the restaurant's reputation, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing and definitely below expectations. We waited literally an hour after ordering (with the restaurant, incidentally, half-empty) to receive two pizzas, one of which arrived incorrectly. The waitress's explanation for the long wait was that they had to remake one of the two pizzas. Now, we fully understand that mistakes can happen; it's human. But it's hard to understand how this could justify an HOUR wait for two pizzas, especially with the restaurant nearly empty. Meanwhile, other tables, some of which arrived after us, had already been eating for a while while we were still waiting, unsure whether to wait or leave. The most unpleasant thing came when it came to the bill: initially, they were charging us for the wrong pizza (the one I ordered, which was also more expensive) instead of the simple Margherita that actually arrived at our table. Only after we pointed this out did the manager intervene to correct the bill. The point isn't the mistake itself, but the handling of the mistake. After such a long wait and a wrong order, it would have been at least fair/honest to receive a minimal gesture of attention toward the customer. But nothing. For two pizzas, a bottle of still water, and two potato croquettes, we spent €41 without there being anything particularly memorable, either in the service or the taste, that could justify the wait and the price paid. With all the reputation and notoriety of this place, we expected much more, especially on a Monday night with very few customers. Ultimately, it seemed like the typical place that thrives on name over substance. We won't be returning.

28/02/2026: I had a really good lunch, with excellent buffalo mozzarella pizza and tiramisu. Unfortunately, I found the cheddar burger to be very small, made entirely of ground beef, maybe 50 or 60 grams, for €14. The meat, which isn't a burger, seems excessively small. I thought it was strange, so I asked the owner, who told me it wasn't a burger, but ground beef. I didn't like it at all, and I strongly advise against it. I'm still surprised because we'd ordered the same sandwich a while ago, but the burger was there and it was good. Too bad, I'm partly disappointed.

14/09/2025: Very friendly staff and very reasonable prices (Roavy was the friendly server). A cappuccino, an espresso, and a large cone of ice cream were only €8! Great!

31/12/2025: I've been there several times, and the Fiumicino Autogrill, for better or worse, is exactly what you expect before a trip. I always experience it as a must-see: crowded, suitcases everywhere, near-constant lines, and that slightly frenetic atmosphere typical of airports. The place is large and reasonably bright, but when it's crowded, it becomes chaotic, and finding a seat is a small achievement. The food is average for Autogrill: nothing memorable, but not disastrous either. Sandwiches, pizzas, croissants, and coffee do the job, though the prices are decidedly high for the quality. I must say, I've always found the coffee to be decent, while the savory dishes sometimes seem rushed. The staff depends a lot on the time of day: sometimes I've found them friendly and quick, other times more hasty, probably overwhelmed by the constant comings and goings. Cleanliness is generally good, but at peak times, the tables stay dirty longer than I'd like. In short, for me, it's a "service" Autogrill: convenient if you need a quick bite to eat or drink before leaving, less so if you're looking for peace and quiet or quality. It's fine for what it is, but don't expect too much. A place of transit, just like the travelers who pass through it.

05/03/2026: Unbelievable, they're trying to run a café at Termini Station with a small, inadequate, and untrained staff, who don't speak a word of English, and who are incredibly slow to get a coffee! They obviously pay very little and can't find competent people.

11/02/2026: We entered, intrigued by the window display. We sat down; there was no table service, so we ordered at the counter. We waited a bit to order because there was only one person working, and she had to take orders, pay, and serve them. The coffee maker and pastries were mediocre; we expected a bit more given the pastry chef's reputation.

So they would have sent us another sandwich, reiterating that the fly in question hadn't come from them. But we refused because the problem wasn't so much the fact that there was a fly in the sandwich, which can happen, but the treatment we received.

19/10/2025: ☕️ When you order two frothed coffees with lactose-free milk… You pay more, and only afterwards do they tell you, “Oh, but the milk doesn't foam.” Funny, because everywhere they froth it without a problem 😅 Maybe it would have been enough to say they don't know how to make two frothed coffees.
